I visually love this gym, the receptionists are always kind, and Kattie gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The gym would honestly be perfect if not for two issues. First, the bathroom doors being translucent is uncomfortable and affects privacy. Second, and more importantly, the behavior of some PTs. At times, they act as though the gym belongs to them. As paying members, we should have equal access to equipment and space without feeling pushed aside or unwelcome. This was not just my experience — both a friend of mine and another member we recently met shared the same disappointment regarding Coach Noor and Coach Brenda. It’s unfortunate because the atmosphere created by certain trainers takes away from what is otherwise a beautiful gym experience.
