Great place to be and work. One drawback is the availability of parking spots. A compound with this many companies should have taken parking more seriously. Greenery is amazing, there is always gardeners taking care of the place. Literally always.

It has well known companies’ offices. The environment is really clean and green, it has fountains and an outdoor rest area with a few options for food. There’s also a lot of flowers and trees/plants.

لو فيه اقل من نجمه والله لا اعطيهم مكان مافيه مواقف تماماً شركة دافعه لكم ايجار اقل مكتب ب مليون و 700 الف ريال وتعطونها 10 او 11 موقف اقل شي اوجد حلول للمشكله مكان للمواقف ادوار باص يجيب الناس من برا اي حجاه بس جالسين ترسلون خطابات و التعهدات والتهديد لو لا وجود الشركات كان افلستو

كثيره النجمه عليكم مكان زحمه ولافيه مواقف الشركات تدفع لكم ملايين اقل مافيها تحترم المستاجر وتحط مواقف واذا جيت تكلمهم قالو مالنا دخل السيارات برا توقف فوق الرصيف او تمشي 2 كيلو طيب حط باص مكيف يشيل الناس

Very nice area for offices and working environment. Many spaces are not rented out, and also the place needs more restaurants/cafes options.

موقع جميل فيه اكبر الشركات العالميه و نظام ادارة تشغيل الموقع ممتاز جداً و بخصوص الي زعلانين عشان المواقف مايعرفون ان كل شركة محدد لها مواقف حسب مساحتها و هي الي توزع مواقفها بين موظفينها.. الاداره مالها شغل تعطيك موقف

Very nice place, well organized, security level is very high. The green areas is awesome. A big mosque is available. The building maintenance is moderate level while the outdoor area has a regular and good maintenance. Not enough parking inside and even outside. The administration apply fines for cars which park not in the the company dedicated parking spaces.

It's a hub for well known companies offices. The environment is really great, green and clean. Proper maintenance is done regularly. But I would say they had poor plan for parking inside the compound. Also few options are available to eat and drink, which are expensive. Not a single grocery store or mini mart is available.

The security Guards at the gates , specifically one named Adil is ignorant, rude and have no manners to talk. i don't know how the management can employ such people really ironic. i hope admins will talk with this guy and bring some sense into him.

Not recommend it at all, area itself is nice, but security and other employees are very unprofessional, so rude and uncooperative, the supervisors are even rudder, no responsible person to talk to or complaint to.. No parking spaces for visitors, overall from business view, you need better place where professionalism and cooperation are priority of the management.

المكان جميل من ناحية المباني والتخطيط العمراني وكذالك مسجد كبير ووجود الزرع والأشجار منظر طبيعي جميل. لكن الشيء السلبي عدم توفر المواقف الكافيه وعدم وجود مطاعم كافيه ومناسبة للجميع.

مكان سيئ للعمل بسبب الزحمة و عدم انسيابية الدخول والخروج واذا وقفت برا تلاقي نفسك تمشي بين الشجر والحفريات كأنك قطو .. مع ان فيه مساحات يمكن استغلالها كمواقف مظلله

مجمع للعديد من الشركات العالمية مثل إدارة شركة سيمنس العالمية و مايكروسوفت و مجموعة الفيصلية القابضة ، الجدعان للاستشارات القانونية ، كما يحتوى على فندق فيرمونت ، يعتبر مستوى الامن عالي حيث يتوفر رجال الامن على جميع البوابات ، تمتاز البوابة بقربها من مطار الملك خالد بن عبدالعزيز الدولي حيث تقع على طريق المطار شمال مبنى شركة سابك.

الإدارة العقارية اسوء شيء ممكن تواجهه بالبوابة الاقتصادية يعطون مخالفات حتى بالأماكن التي ما فيها لوحات مخصصة حسبي الله عليكم Beware from security, they are the worst ! Always gives fines for unjustified reasons, even at spots without signs.

Looks nice and clean. A business Park, as the name says. Off the beaten path, but once the metro opens should be accessible. You wouldn't go there unless you worked there...not much else.

Good business compound having lots of prestigious companies. Inside compound there is: * ATM and Bank (ANB) * Starbucks * Karam cafe (overpriced) * Gournet Healthy Foods (seriously overpriced) * Masjid Only and MAJOR problem with the compound is ACUTE shortage of parking spots inside and outside compound. This is a serious issue for employees of the company inside and visitors. ** Parking inside compound ** 1. Best option is to request your company to give you a reserved parking. 2. If you don't have reserved parking, always park on spots which carry your company's sign board otherwise it will result in clamping of your car by security and they will only release it after paying of SR 150 fine. Try to reach early like 8 am so you can find a spot. 3. Compound security impounds/clamps cars parked on spots that do not belong to anyone or any company based on an idiotic logic that "if its not your spot then don't park" -- they also do not bother to put "no parking" sign which, I think, is done deliberately to make extra buck from unsuspecting people. For example, if a company is closed and all of its parking are empty and "no parking" is absent, you will still get a fine for parking in closed company's spots. Parking outside the compound: 1. To find parking near compound gates, try to be there around 9 am or before. If arriving after 9 am then all sides of the compound from gate 1 to gate 4 get full and it takes 10 to 20 minutes in finding someone leaving. 2. If you park on road (other than pavement) then Muroor gives you a fine. Compound security has 100% chances of giving you a fine while Muroor never fines you unless you act as a jackass and even if act like one there is about 25% chance of getting a fine. In short, parking issue is a disaster.
