Amazing place for work Business Bay feels like the place where Dubai never slows down. Skyscrapers, cafés, offices, and waterfront walks all blend into one lively, urban vibe. It’s right next to Downtown, so everything—from Burj Khalifa to Dubai Mall—is just minutes away. Mornings are full of professionals heading to work, evenings are calm by the canal, and nights glow with city lights reflecting off the towers. My office is in Anantara Tower, and that just adds to the experience. Walking into work with canal views, a premium ambience, and everything you need around you makes the daily routine feel elevated. It can get busy during peak hours, but that’s part of its charm—you’re in the middle of action, growth, and opportunity. Business Bay isn’t just a business district; it’s a place that feels alive, modern, and inspiring.

Good stop for downtown with convenient and easy access. It gets busy!

I went to lake tower to meet with some one. So it's no difficult for me to findout lake tower. Thanks metro for dubai easy transportation for every one.

A very good experience especially at night

One of the finest area of Dubai, with excellent residential and office buildings, Metro nearby, walkable with wide pavements, plenty of eateries and shopping, Dubai Mall, fountain and Burj Khalifa with 30 min walk or 8 min taxi

Its called business bay for a reason, So many uncountable offices and companies Not only there are so many great apartments The architect in this area its just from another planet

Excellent management at the Business Bay metro station in Dubai! The station is impeccably clean, and the waiting area provides the best seating arrangements for commuters.

Looks like it’s always super cold or super warm. Today was 40 degrees and people were melting in the metro.

The station is equipped with a toilet, but I was not allowed to use it because I was carrying a plane-size suitcase. A cleaner said the luggage was “too big” and told me I could only use the toilet if I left my bag unattended in the corridor. I then asked to use the disabled toilet, but the cleaner also refused to let me enter. Leaving valuables outside in a public place is unreasonable and unsafe, so I had no choice but to leave the station without using the facilities. This was a horrible experience, with an unacceptable attitude from the staff and no consideration for passengers with luggage.

This place is different, lot of white collar job people come in and out almost all the time. Many bus services are available outside. Easy to get parking. Coffee shops inside.

The RTA Bus stop doesn't have shelters for waiting for Bus Opposite to Business Bay Metro. I request RTA to install Bus waiting sheds that passengers can avoid hot sunny weather. Pls this is my humble request to authorities of RTA.

Big crowd there and rush. But securities and the metro team managing well. I waited on the station 30 minutes one day business bay metro but I can manage. I think that because of flood recently happened 👍🏻

Second Busiest metro station after Union.. office opening and closing hours (8am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm) are on peak rush. You can get buses from the metro parking to all the places in business bay. Taxi service is also available
