I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Noufal. I’ve been with him for many years, and his work has always been exceptionally clean and professional. He always explains the treatment plan clearly and makes sure to follow up regularly every 6–7 months. Truly one of the best consultants and dentists I know. Special thanks as well to Al Bustan Western Medical Center for having such an outstanding doctor on their team.

I cannot be more thankful for the kindness the professionalism and attendance of the doctors and the personel! I want to thank Mr Sameer the manager of the group for making me believe there are still kind people out there who really care-and thats beyond his excellent professionalism! This is the first time I realize that we have such a top tier dentist specializing in gum surgery, dental implants, and orthodontics at the highest level. The medical team is very professional. الصراحه افضل عيادة اسنان يتها ف حياتي خاصه الدكتور محمد الشيخ والله انه تعب ويايه شهرين يعالجني ولا حسيت بألم نهائين تقريبا عالج كل ضروسي و نفسية الدكتور حلوه و صبور و مبتسم دايما و ما يهول الموضوع و في التلبسيه ياخذ القياسات صح. ب الملي 100 ب 100 و ايده جدا جدا خفيفه يعني كل جلسه كانت تقريبا ساعتين ولا حسيت فيها لا بالم ولا ف الوقت

الف شكر لمن دلنا عليه ونخص الدكتور نوفل بالاسم، طلبنا موعد وجزاهم الله خيرا لم يتأخرون علينا وتم تحديد الموعد لفحص الوالدة الغالية مع الدكتور وقد سألنا بالتفصيل عن حالتها وسبب قدومها واستفسر عن جميع الادوية الحالية وانواع العلاجات ومن ثم تم التصوير بالأشعة ثلاثية الابعاد للوقوف على اماكن الالتهابات. وعندئذ تم تحديد موعد الخلع وعملية الخياطه والعلاج. لهم منا جزيلا الشكر عظيم الامتنان على التعامل الانساني الراقي

دكتور محمد الشيخ من أفضل أطباء الأسنان اللي تعاملت معهم. أسلوبه راقٍ ومريح، يشرح الحالة بوضوح ويهتم براحة المريض أثناء العلاج. العيادة نظيفة والتنظيم ممتاز، وأنصح فيه وبقوة لكل شخص يبحث عن طبيب أسنان متمكن وموثوق.

booked a teeth cleaning with a specific doctor, but when I arrived, I was told my appointment had been changed without any notice. I was then told the original doctor “didn’t want to clean my teeth,” even though the clinic booked him for me. When I entered the room and greeted him politely, the first thing he said was, “Don’t book with me, book with the other doctor next time.” Completely unprofessional. The cleaning was rushed and extremely aggressive. My gums were left sore and painful, the entire cleaning took less than eight minutes, and my teeth were not cleaned properly. Really Satisfied With Western Clinic Abudhabi. Special Thanks To Dr.Modar Ebrahim and his assistant Dr.Shafna Basheer. I went there to have my braces on. The Dr did it so professionally. They did it with no pain. I had my Braces At May 11, 2025. The Clinic Is Well-Maintained and Organized Neat and tidy.

I had a great experience with Dr. Modar Ibrahim and his team, Shafna and Erlyn. He was kind, attentive, and really listened to my needs throughout my orthodontic treatment. هاي .تجربتي أهضم شي صار فيها أن مسؤول الشكاوي محتاج مسؤول عنه بمعنى أن الشكاوي ما لازم تروح لشخص بتمنى من المدير يعمل قسم شكاوي يكون كبير و في (نزاهة) مش تآمر و منظمة كبيرة متعاونين مع بعض لمصالح شخصية أو حسابات تاني و بتلاقي مسؤول الشكاوي رح يخدم منظمته و *المنظمة كلها رح تخدم بعضها *مش مصالح المرضى غير طبعا" التكبر و شوفة الحال على أنفسكم شوفوا حالكم ما على المرضى

العياده جداً سيئه، امي كبيره فالسن وقصو عليها على سالفه الاسنان وفوق هاذا كنت معاها فالموعد والدكتور يسوي لها اتناقش معاه اكلمه اقول ليش ما تخدرها قاعده تتالم ما يرد علي ارد اساله مره ثانيه ليش تتالم ما يرد سواها ثلاث مرات ما حبيت تعامل الدكتور ابدا .

My husband recently visited Western Medical Center for the enhancement and possible replacement of his existing dental bridge. He was seen by Dr. Nofal Suleiman, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the consultation. Dr. Suleiman took the time to thoroughly assess the case and clearly explained the recommended procedure. His confident and meticulous approach reflected his extensive experience in the field. We also found his pricing to be fair and reasonable.
