Food here is 10/10. The tawa chicken was my favourite. Karahi was great too. And beef kebabs were just average. Tried their Rawalpindi branch too. One of the best

Food taste was good. But the sitting area is not very attractive. Billing is not fair. Too many hidden charges. They don't accept credit cards just to make extra money by keeping 15% Tax in there own pocket

Came all the way from Rawalpindi in torrential weather to have mutton karahi but it was unavailable. Had to order their chicken karahi which was pretty okay. But billing isn’t fair there are a lot of hidden charges. And also they don’t provide a printed bill with ntn number they just show you on their tablet.

Professional staff and tasty food… I enjoyed eating there with my family members….

Food was amazing, Would Recommend their grilled fish Naan and Desi chicken karahi. Lassi could improve a bit. Service was amazing and the family sitting was quite nice and secluded just next to the parking. Touqeer made sure everything was severed warm and nice in order with fresh naans coming when we needed them.

Had a very pleasant dining experience overall. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The desi karahi was slightly on the spicier side, but I am confident the team would have adjusted it to a milder taste had we mentioned it earlier. A great place with excellent service—definitely worth visiting.

Butt Karahi used to be a moderately priced place but not anymore now. It is highly priced now. You can get far better dining experience with reasonable price on other places. Environment at F-10 branch is not good for dining. Very bright lights give you a feeling of dining at a marriage hall of old times. Service charges of 7% are also added in the bill which is also very unreasonable. Taste of food is good but overall experience doesn’t provide a feeling of good value of money.

I visited Butt Karahi in F-10, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was full of flavor and truly memorable—especially the karahi, which was simply delicious. The ambiance was great, and we really enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place and experience their amazing food. Thank you!

Amazing service and food Surely will come again

For starters ordered some fish tikka pieces, chicken tikka and beef kebabs Fish tikka tasted alright, chicken tikka was dry but the beef sheekh kebabs was absolutely mouthwatering 👌 💯 🔥 🔥, super spicy but banging Unfortunately that's where the positives ended For mains we ordered the mutton karahi and a boneless chicken karahi Chicken karahi had mediocre taste to it but the mutton karahi was very very disappointing. I don't no what meat they used but it was mainly bones and fat, also tastewise it was lacking alot, more or less left majority untouched as it was not edible. Also don't do big bottles of drinks, only do cans, shame really as business is only thinking about its profit margin. Like I always say everyones taste buds differ and opinions are different but this is my honest opinion.

I recently visited Butt Karahi in F-10 Islamabad and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing — not because of the food, but due to their unethical billing practice regarding card payments. When I asked for the bill, I was shocked to see that the price for the same meal was different depending on the payment method. If you pay in cash, the total amount is noticeably lower. But if you choose to pay via debit or credit card, they increase the total amount, without informing the customer beforehand or mentioning it on the menu. This is not only misleading and unfair to customers — it is also a clear violation of FBR’s rules in Pakistan. According to FBR guidelines, Tier-1 retailers integrated with the POS system are supposed to offer 2% less tax on card payments to encourage digital transactions. However, Butt Karahi F-10 is doing the exact opposite — penalizing customers for paying via card. There was no receipt with a proper FBR QR code, and the staff simply said, “Card pay price ziada hota hai,” which raises serious questions about their transparency and compliance with tax regulations. I believe this kind of practice hurts customer trust, discourages digital payments, and possibly indicates tax evasion. I hope the concerned authorities (FBR, CCP, or SBP) take notice of such behavior. I urge other customers to be cautious, ask for proper receipts, and report such violations. Food might be decent — but ethics and fairness matter more.

Visited butt karahi and disappointed when they gave us a big menu card and said only karahi and bbq available, not even handi available. Well, we order desi murg and simple murg karahi, taste is not like real butt karahi so it's not real, F-8(andar wali) butt karahi is better than this. So i rate food 6.5/10, service is 7/10, they severed raita and salad without asking and add in bill, they should ask. I asked them if it complimentary or if we had to pay, so i saved. The ambience is great 10/10. Pricing is the same as other butt karahi in town. Not recommended if u r looking for Lahori Butt karahi taste. Recommended if u r going in islamabad for normal karahi.

Recently visited this restaurant and tried their Butter Chicken Karahi, which was amazing in taste. The flavor and spices used in the dish were well balanced, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The service was also great, with friendly and prompt staff who made sure that I had a comfortable dining experience. However, the indoor sitting is not that great and lacks ambiance. The interior design could use some improvement to enhance the overall dining experience. But this is only a minor drawback, overall it was great experience.

Very bad experience, order their mutton krhai but it was very bad . Very bad experience G9/4 khyber shinwari is very best than this butt krhai .... They are just using butt krhai name no taste no quality no food no quantity... They were very expensive, 1 kg mutton krhai 4500 per kg nd total bill was 10k+ . Very disappointed

Delicious food and good customer service. I feel the manager needs to improve his attitude towards customers and have a little smile on his face. It feels like his angry almost every time with his team. Overall we enjoyed our food to the fullest! Thank you Chef for the wonderful food!
