Very disappointed with this IT company. Their communication is very poor — it’s hard to get proper updates or clear answers. The engineers often arrive late and seem to have no sense of time or professionalism. Some of them don’t even seem knowledgeable about what they’re doing; instead of fixing the issue, they just keep offering products to sell. The support is extremely slow and not worth spending money on. Definitely not recommended.

even a good company may end up not getting good business only because of not having a constructive communication from the sales coordinator- she is not helping me to connect the concerned sales person. I am not a reseller and i was a potential client. i think she doesn't experienced the pain of getting qualified leads .
