Instead got a bouquet of cheap fake flowers from a third party. After contacting the third party , I found out that giftcake.in just paid 500rs to the shopkeeper. And the customer service person I reached out to had no manners at all. Very unprofessional behaviour. I have the receipts of the messages as well the payment they did to the shopkeeper. Pure scam!!!

So for them carrot cake means putting carrot shapes on cake. This is a misinformation on their site. Carrot cake is made of carrots in it. And then they took extra money to deliver in a fixed time slot and did 1.5 hrs late. The cake was displaced and ruined. It was not carrot but butterscotch. Not recommended at all.

Horrible experience. Do NOT order from this place. This order was for my mother’s birthday, and I specifically paid for a premium butterscotch cake based on the photos and description they advertised. The cake was delivered well after the promised time (3+ hours of delay), which already disrupted the celebration. To make matters worse, they changed the cake flavor without informing or asking, delivering something clearly cheaper and completely different from what was ordered. When you pay for a premium product for a special occasion, you expect honesty and basic professionalism. What happened here was a clear bait-and-switch — nice photos, premium pricing, and a substandard delivery. This completely ruined a special family moment. Extremely disappointing and untrustworthy service. Avoid if the occasion matters to you.

My husband has ordered two bouquets and a gift for me twenty days back they didn’t deliver the bouquets which was the costliest among the order and its been twenty days we are at their back but no response.. None of their mobile numbers is responding they will only message like let me check, it will be cleared within today like that but no updates will happen .. Its really frustrating to keep on checking them only to get such lame responses.. please don’t order anything with them they will ruin your special occasion.. THEY WILL ROB YOUR MONEY AND SPOIL YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION FOR SURE

Order a mango slice topped cake with sunflower bouquet for my mothers 80th birthday. Paid extra to deliver on the designated time. Not only did they deliver 2-3 hours late, they delivered another flower bouquet and to our disappointment the cake was entirely different from what we ordered online. Please see below picture of the cake I ordered and the cake delivered. I paid 1000+ only for the cake and what I got is a simple cheap looking cake. This is not acceptable. I was in a hurry and ordered from them without checking the reviews. They are cheating people.

Don't order here. It is very fake shop. they delivered another shape and design and our disappointment is the cake was entirely different from what we ordered online. And too they take the order from us and given to the local vendors, they order the cake in local shop that too have free delivery. But they charge different amount for deliveries. Fraud company.

This portal doesn't even deserve a single star. Never seen such fraudulent site We had placed an online order for delivery of bunch of red roses bouquet costing Rs 599 to be delivered on 30th April 2025. And since we opted for delivery at specific time (11:30 am - 1:00 pm), additional charge of Rs 299 was levied But the order was never delivered. And when I check with your WhatsApp support number, they are giving irresponsible answer and not answering the call as well. I had specifically checked with the WhatsApp support about the delivery in our locality before placing the order but suddenly they come up with a reason as location not being in delivery limit. This was ordered for a special occasion and we had placed the order with high expectations but the unprofessional behaviour has spoiled the mood of the occasion. And it was a big let down. When asked about refund, there is no response as well.

This team is fake and fraud. I tried to order cake through this site for my husband's birthday. They accepted order but in the evening I received a message saying the order can't be delivered and said the amount will be refunded within 30 working days. I texted and tried to call them several times but they didn't respond at all. I lost my money. Please don't fall into this trap. Update: I received the refund after 2-3 months.

This is such a scam website!!!Please don't order from this site!! A cake and a bouquet was supposed to be ordered to a location and they delivered only the cake and did not deliver the bouquet!! After requesting them so many times, they made me wait till the next day saying that the delivery boy is on the way, and after waiting for 24 hours, they are saying you will get a refund within 30 days!!! Such a scam website!! Please don't ever order from this shitty site!!!

We ordered a cake and made the payment online whereas after a few minutes the delivery guy called up and said they won't be able to deliver the order as it's too far from their location and they misread the address when accepting the order and the payment would be refunded within 7 working days but still haven't received any refund and nobody is responding on the text neither picking up the call. Is this the way you provide services while cheating people.

This was one of the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered two cakes and 100 roses bouquet online worth Rs 11500. We have paid 250 extra for early morning delivery. Later I got to know that they cannot deliver in the morning. They can only deliver by evening. This was one red flag. Second biggest red flag is when I saw expectation vs reality in the items they put in website and what exactly we received. Please do not order from this website and please check reviews before you order. One of the biggest unprofessional people I have ever experienced.

Doesn't deserve even one star. The time and date are mentioned when giving the order but it wasn't delivered even after the time of delivery. They are fake and such a scam. Even if it is their fault for not delivering it on time they are detecting amount for cancellation charge. Worst service. Don't ever buy anything from this fake website. there isn't even an order page to see our orders and there are no receipt given unless asked through WhatsApp. The refund haven't sent yet too. Isn't it their responsibility to send amount just like they are getting it immediately when placing order???

On the day nothing - waited for couple of hours - nothing,no response they didn't even showed the courtesy to tell they wont be able to deliver it. called them multiple times - not picking up the call. at 6 in the evening they send a message on whatsapp saying "sorry we can't deliver, will refund in 30 days". I ordered a birthday cake with a 3 days prior notice, which did not get delivered. The customer support was extremely bad which provided little to no help with the delivery and it has been 48 hours with no refund.

Website was showing blue orchid, order accepted a week before and delivery day informed by vendor to customer we dont have this flower will arrange Rose's. If you dont have for that location why it is reflecting in website and how can u accept order. Payment done work before and last min you cant change flowers. We are left with no other option than accepting whatever your offer is. Very disappointed by your organisation service. Pls rectify your website errors and show the flowers only available for that area pin code.
