Their team specially Ms. Cookie was attentive, creative, and deeply committed to bringing our vision to life. They took care of every single detail, allowing our family to fully enjoy this milestone moment. The decorations were stunning, the setup was flawless, and the cake and treats were as delicious as they were beautiful. The host/magician was absolutely incredible and outstanding as he kept the entire room engaged from start to finish. Guests could not stop praising the wonderful atmosphere and the seamless flow of the event. If you want a perfectly executed, magical celebration for your child, I highly recommend Caketealicious!

I had such a great experience with Caketealicious! Their current promotion package is truly a great deal. All my requests were granted — from the themed cake to the cake pops, cupcakes, and donuts. Everything was beautifully done and exactly how I wanted it. The staff, especially at the Deira branch, were very kind and accommodating. I personally collected the order, and they even went the extra mile by helping me load everything into the taxi. That extra service made me so happy! They perfectly understood the inspiration we provided and brought it to life beautifully. The delivery was smooth and timely as well. What impressed me the most was their flexibility and customer service. Due to personal reasons, we had to request a design change after the order had already been finalized. Even so, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to redesign the cake beautifully without compromising the quality. The entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The cake was super delicious! In a time where fondant cakes are everywhere and classic icing cakes are becoming rare, CakeTealicious truly stood out. Our birthday theme was Philippine Barrio Fiesta, and we wanted a cake inspired by the nostalgic 90s–2000s style — fluffy frosting, icing details, and those iconic meringue flowers. CakeTealicious absolutely nailed it! They recreated that old-school design perfectly, and it instantly brought back memories. We ordered a red velvet cake with vanilla frosting, and wow… it tasted just as amazing as it looked. Soft, moist, flavorful — everything you want in a celebration cake. They also delivered the cake with such care, making sure it arrived in perfect condition. Definitely a well-deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I highly recommend CakeTealicious to anyone looking for both beautiful and delicious cakes!

The staff are very helpful and give the best suggestions for any theme you have in mind and the products always arrive on time tasting even better than they look. To : Manager/Owner Good morning! Its almost a month since i brought to your attention regarding the messy and damaged packing of my order last December 31. We were discussing the concern and you keep promising that you will update me on my demand for a half refund or even a voucher but up to this date, i never heard from your team. As a customer, it is my right to demand compensation for your short coming. And at least give proper consideration from your end. Your failure to address this concerns proves you never value your customer. It's very disappointing knowing we are both Filipinos and that you should never downplay my concern. We may be talking about a small amount here but lets not forget that theres more to this, its called integrity for a successful business operation. I hope you dont keep doing this to anyone anymore.

Sharing how happy we were with caketealicious’ catering service! They came on time and their correspondence was prompt leading up to the event. When they arrived they set up everything so fast that guest barely knew they were even there. Food wise, everything was so delicious!!! I had non Filipino guest and they all kept raving how good the food was. Thank you for creating and being part of my husband’s 43 birthday! Truly amazing catering service! We had Triple celebration in CAKETEALICIOUS and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and many guests complimented the buffet and cake. The venue setup was spacious for us and decorated exactly as we discussed, creating a lovely atmosphere. Delivery was top notch! Caketealicious really knows how to deliver on flavor. The Ube Leche Cake had that comforting, nostalgic ube taste that wasn’t too sweet, and the leche topping paired so well with it. The Chocnut Cake was a standout—super chocolatey with that classic nutty kick that just hits right, especially for Chocnut fans. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Will happily order again.

Celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday at their DEIRA BRANCH and chose their package for 60pax. It was just a bit difficult getting their response at first but at the day of the event it went all well and everyone enjoyed. Me and family loooved the set up. THANK YOU very much for that person (sorry ate i forgot your name) but she really did a Great job on it! Thanks to “Abby” the host as everyone really got entertained and she made the party lively and happy. Food were also good especially the cake, cupcakes and the popsicle cakes and the macaroons 👌🏻 The palabok was just a bit dull but somehow it is still tasty. ALL in all we do highly recommend them and they all did a great job in making our daughter’s first birthday memorable! 💜
