CalFit Family Gym for Ladies & Kids

I had a great experience at this gym. The staff and management are very kind and professional, and the gym itself is excellent. They offer really good deals, and the location is perfect. The coaches are amazing, their classes are well-organized, and their way of dealing with members is very supportive. Special thanks to Coach Razan she’s always cheerful, helpful, and constantly pays attention to everyone during the class, making sure all members feel motivated and supported🥰❤️.

The gym itself isn't bad, decent machines and equipments, very low prices compared to the other gyms, but sadly you pay the difference in price with your time and comfort. My biggest issue is that there is no memberships regulations and it became heavily crowded in the last year. Mostly with uncivilised people to be honest as they had made my experience and others bad with their carelessness, and very bad hygiene behaviours. I can see that the managers prioritise profit over the comfort of their members and that's how they will lose many of their loyal ones just like myself.

It’s okay you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for something cheap that gets the job done, this place works. However, as someone new to the gym, my experience hasn’t been great. I’ve told reception multiple times that I’m new and don’t know how things work, but no one has taken the time to explain how to use the machines. I’ve only interacted with one coach so far, and when I asked for help, she seemed uninterested, barely corrected my form, and didn’t explain properly at all. Honestly, the other gym members have been more helpful than the actual staff. The equipment is average at best there’s no StairMaster, which is disappointing. The lockers, toilet, sauna, and pool area (which is all in one area) can feel stuffy and hard to breathe in, especially around 6pm when it’s crowded. Overall, it’s not terrible, but don’t expect much support or high-end facilities.

The gym is amazing and clean! It has all the equipment, classes, pools, steam rooms, showers, changing rooms you might need and the prices are amazing. They constantly share special packages and prices for their customers.

I recently visited [cal/fit] , and I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and the environment was very clean and well-organized. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, including the gym, pool, and activity rooms. I especially enjoyed the group classes and the welcoming atmosphere. The trainers were helpful and motivated me to do my best. It's a perfect place for both beginners and advanced members. This place is amazing … The positive energy in the place and the staff... motivates you to play and get a better body and a healthy life... I have joined many sports gyms ,but this place is different... All the staff from the reception to the trainers work hard to help all the members... which motivates me to continue training. The reception staff are welcoming and always friendly. The classes are well-structured, challenging, and inspiring. Energetic coaches make every session enjoyable. Staff are efficient, professional, and genuinely kind. The manager fosters a positive environment, making the gym a place people love. The sense of community is unmatched; where everyone supports and uplifts each other. Plus, their Instagram account is so much fun and definitely worth a follow for exciting offers, updates and inspiration!

Very poor organisation.hardly any trainer available.gym equippements are very old.cleaners vacum and clean while you are training.they confirm an offer and when we come back to take membership they just tell you offer is just canceled minute ago.lots of people for the space.classes over crowded and trainers doesn’t even have the chance to correct your mistakes while in class.not recommending it.

I've been a member of Calfit Family for 1 year now and I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms I have been to. The facilities are Top Notch , clean , modern , and well maintained with wide variety of high quality equipment. Whether I m lifting weights, doing cardio , or joining a class everything I need is available. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable , motivating and truly helping members reach their goals The group classes like Zumba , spinning , aerobics , and many more are always energetic and well organised. Cleanliness also a priority here , cleaners are always available to clean the machines equipments flooring and all The locker room is spacious and well organised Overall and excellent facility for ladies

Cal Fit is a very clean, hygienic and safe gym for women. They have amazing staff to support with expert advice on workout programs. They offer amazing classes and have fantastic workout equipment as well. Highly recommend. My favorite place to workout. ❤️

I love the gym and everything about it — the equipment, the vibe, the energy! Just wish it stayed open till 11 PM or later. It would really help those of us with late schedules! 💪

Good gym with best price in Kuwait. Paying ~11 kd monthly i don't have any complaints: cleaners are working all the time, pool water is changed regularly, previous year they've bought new gym machine. Classes from morning until night. Ladies on reception are very helpful. Kids daycare is limited for 2 hours and costs 3 kd, if you don't want to buy daycare membership, which is 25 kd/month. I would prefer if gym management give more freezing weeks in a year/half a year, because 95% of members are expats and we are traveling more, than just a month, plus sick leave to not spread the disease

Good quality/price ratio. All machines are in place, not always new, but all working. Sauna and swimming pool are also there. Helpful staff really making you feel comfortable and workable. Great atmosphere. Wonderful seasonal offers. If you just start going to gym I strongly recommend this one.

It's a well maintained gym, have been with Cal fit for nearly a decade now. Amazing fitness classes, teen training, aqua exercise and ample workout space.
