Great spot for authentic Kerala food near Stadium. The place has a nice, clean, and spacious ambience—perfect for family dining or casual meals. Their biryani, parotta combos, and Kerala-style curries are really flavorful and come in generous portions. Service is quick and staff are friendly even during busy hours. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. Overall, a solid go-to restaurant if you’re craving proper Kerala comfort food in the area.

Had a great Christmas Achayan’s Sadya at Calicut Notebook. It was a fully non-veg sadya, and everything tasted really good. The food felt authentic and festive. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

SNOW LAKE RENCH SOUP-I tried the cheese-flavored creamy soup and it was incredible. The broth was smooth and full of rich cheesy flavor, and the fried chicken pieces were perfectly seasoned and stayed crispy in the soup. A delightful combination! I’ll definitely order it again.”

Pathetic service and not worth the high prices. We waited far too long, and they didn’t even clean the table before serving. Staff showed too much attitude, and despite the top prices, the quantity was very less with almost zero service. We even had to raise our hands and wait just to get attention. Food was only ok, but _Parotas were not fully cooked_, food quantity was very less overall a terrible experience. Lulu should really consider replacing this space with better restaurants. Not recommended at all.

Hands down, some of the best food l've had recently especially fish mango curry. The freshness of the ingredients and the unique flovours in mango curry were unforgettable.Notebook qusais branch highly recommend for food enthusiasts.

Dined in at Calicut Notebook restaurant for lunch, excited to try their non-vegetarian meals. 🍽️ The food was delicious, but alas, the service left much to be desired. 😕 They managed to drop the food three times – twice on the table and once on me. My wife had to clean up the mess, as the server didn't bother. This carelessness was surprising, especially considering my regular visits. Despite being a loyal customer, the service quality seems to have declined gradually. What's more disappointing is the lack of any apology for the mishaps. Even after calling the manager, getting an apology felt like climbing a hill. ⛰️ Attached are photos of other dishes taken long ago, especially during Valentine's Day specials. However, the recent experience contrasts significantly. 📸 Overall, a once-reliable place seems to have undergone notable changes in service and overall experience. 🤷‍♂️

Note book is a good restaurant with quality food Whenever we go to note book we have a pleasant atmosphere at note book to have food. Also the staffs are very mannerfully serving team as well as the captain JP always welcomes us with pleasant smile and Good manners

Food was super delicious and met our expectations. First time trying kanthari grilled fish and pandanas chicken . Kanthari grilled fish was flavorful. Ney payasam was awesome . Overall, food was mind blowing . Sharath and Shijith were very friendly. Thank you .

we ordered chani pudina and butter chicken with green mango angel and lime juice.. it was very tasty, we didn't plan for it but surprisingly it was super tasty, and super cheap, the quantity was more than enough for two, even though we ordered half chicken. Jayaprakash was very helpful and generous. He understood our preferences and served us with all we wanted... it is worth trying. I highly recommend

Had lunch at Calicut Notebook today — delicious Kerala meals with plenty of curry varieties. Didn’t even need extra fries. Totally worth it!

Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐malabar restaurant in qusis . They have something special for everyone.The fisherman grill was a croud pleaser,and even the picky eaters in our group found something they loved.Service also good, Mr rameesh and midhun they are treating as like a VIP .Customer satisfaction on point.

Most recently, I ordered the chicken biryani, and the preparation was completely unacceptable. Instead of an authentic biryani, the dish consisted of plain ghee rice with two pieces of chicken simply separated and tossed inside. The chicken itself was incredibly poor quantity and absolutely not worth the price charged.

I’m so glad that I chose their menu for an after Eid party at home. Everything was catered on time, the food received amazing reviews from all the guests and I myself found every dish as a standout. I think this is going to be my go to for kerala food. Appreciate the teams enquiry to full delivery of the service.

Better experience, I never had and experienced before these type of food and service quasis area...One of the service person Prem suggest one dring its called Mango Volcano.. Its just wow...Highly recommend....

I hosted my daughter's birthday party at the Calicut Notebook Party Hall in Al Qusais, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the waiter was extremely cooperative. All the guests who attended appreciated the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place as one of the best South Indian restaurants in Dubai.
