I recently took my Canon EOS 65D to Cam to fix a problem. Drooped it off. 2 hrs later the technician calls and says: All fixed. Dust on the turn-on switch. Minimal charge. I cannt recommend Cam City enough. Highly professional. Fast. Cost effective. As they say on their web-site. If you take the camera to the retail store, they will simply send it to a 3rd party technician. Always better to go to the source and deal with the guys who do the fixing. 5 stars.

I visited this shop to buy a Sony camera battery for a relative. The staff was very polite and their behavior was excellent. However, I found their pricing system quite confusing for someone who doesn't like to bargain. They initially quoted AED 130 for the battery, then quickly dropped it to AED 100, then to AED 90, and finally agreed to AED 80 after my relative bargained. While I appreciate the discount, as someone who isn't good at haggling, this makes me feel like I might be overcharged if I don't bargain. For people like me who prefer fixed and transparent pricing, online platforms like Noon apps might be a better choice. Great service, but the price inconsistency was a bit disappointing.

Yesterday afternoon I went into the store with the intentions of buying a Canon R50V camera with additional lenses, DJI Osmo 7, DJI RS 4 Mini, DJI Osmo 360, DJI Mic 3, a tripod, lighting, and accessories. When I entered the store some guy behind the counter was on the phone and completely ignored me. I had to asked for help before he even acknowledged me. Only for a few moments later another customer came in and he again began ignoring me as if I were not the first customer in the store and at the counter. Therefore, I decided not to spend a dime in this store. Customer service is a major factor in me spending money. There is too much competition and to many other stores who wish for a customer like myself to walk into their store. I spent 8K AED in another store within 2 hours of me leaving this store. You never know who is coming into your store. I could have bought everything in there and still have money left over to dine at a 5-star restaurant. Your loss and another store made money and gained a new customer.
