Extremely disappointing experience. The place was nothing like what was shown in the photos.it was poorly maintained, unhygienic, and full of insects. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and the staff was uncooperative throughout. We had booked the place based on the pictures shared, but upon arrival, we were shocked by the actual condition. When we requested to cancel due to these valid concerns, they refused to refund our booking amount. Highly unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The pictures are completely misleading—what awaits you is a run-down mess. Broken slabs line the property, the bedsheets are filthy, and the entire space feels neglected and unsanitary. Even if you're desperate, don't make the mistake of booking here. The owner refuses to take any responsibility, and forget about getting your deposit back—it’s gone the moment you pay. After a tiring hike uphill, all you're rewarded with is a crushing wave of regret. Steer clear unless you're actively seeking disappointment.

Please dhokha mat khaaiyega pictures dekhkar. Reality thodi alag hai—slabs toote hue milenge aur bedsheets,room bhi saaf nahi thi. Upar se, yeh jagah pahunchne ke liye kaafi hike karni padti hai, lekin pahunchne ke baad nirasha hi milti hai. Agar aap kisi emergency mein bhi ho, to bhi is jagah ko choose karne se pehle do baar sochiye. Owner kisi cheez ki zimmedaari nahi lete aur booking amount bhi wapas nahi milta. hospitality industry and camping ka naam dono kharaab Kardiya. vahaan par stay karne vaali families bahut hi pareshaan and stressed lag rhi thi for very basic things.

So, it was my responsibility to ensure that their trust in me led to a comfortable and positive experience, not a bad or negative one. I have no personal grudge against anyone here.) Disappointed with the Experience I had high expectations for this camp, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. 1. Food Quality – The food was bland and lacked variety. It didn't taste fresh, and the hygiene standards seemed questionable. Definitely not worth the price. 2. Facilities – The amenities were not well-maintained. The tents were not clean, and the bedding was uncomfortable. Basic facilities like washrooms were in poor condition, making the stay unpleasant. 3. Staff Behavior – The staff was unprofessional and not cooperative. Instead of making us feel welcome, they seemed indifferent to our concerns and requests. Customer service was lacking. 4. "The most surprising thing was that when we were eating, there was chicken on the menu and we were ten people. So, we took a bit more chicken on our plates. Then, one of the rudest staff members said that they had prepared food only for our group, but now more guests had come. So, we should eat some paneer instead because there isn’t enough chicken. Does that mean we were eating at some kind of free community kitchen (like a 'langar')?" 4. सबसे रोचक बात तो यह है कि जब हम खाना खा रहे थे, तो मेनू में चिकन था और हम दस लोग थे, इसलिए हमने प्लेट में चिकन ज्यादा ले लिया, तो इस सबसे असभ्य और बदतमीज स्टाफ ने कहा कि हमने आपके ग्रुप के लिए खाना बनाया है लेकिन, अब ज्यादा मेहमान आ गए हैं, इसलेया आप कुछ पनीर खले चिकन कम है, क्या इसका मतलब यह है कि हम किसी लंगर में खाना खा रहे हैं? 5.हमारे सोने की चारपाई मै लोहे का कुछ निकला हुआ था तो उससे हमारे 4 लोगो के पैरो म कट लग गए। और फिर हमने कोई दवाई मांगी तो इन्होने ने कहा नहीं है। Overall, the camp did not meet expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

To begin with this place was so beautiful and clean. Proper hygiene was maintained. The workers were polite and cooperative. Food (including both veg and non-veg) was delicious and on time. Dj night was fun. This place is even budget friendly. Totally loved the place.

I won't say it was a bad experience but it wasn't so good also since we went there on weekends and the crowd is not so good during weekends.So please don't go on weekends. Plus point is, it's waterfall (loved it) then you can go for trekking too where you will find many waterfalls and the secret waterfall too❤️. The staff was good and food was also good in camp area.

Rishikesh ka sbse ganda camp sabse ganda khana sabse gandi hospitality coolers m current washroom m koi safai nahi cooperation k naam pe -ve agr koi complaint kre owner ko then locals ko bhej k ldai ki jati h or dhamki dete h logo ko k jinda bahr ni jane denge aise H ye camp k workers isse better options inse kam price m mil jate h

Cockroaches are roaming inside the food, Ants are roaming in the breakfast, there is electricity inside the cooler, cockroaches are roaming inside the bed, the behavior is also bad, what kind of service is this, it is not like this even inside any roadside dhaba. Your services is absolutely zero, people are getting sick in your camp, your camp is very bad . Never come back again.
