I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and service I received at Canadian Hospital Al Ghurair during my visit. I was impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and organized the hospital was. The facilities were excellent, including the spotless and accessible restrooms. The reception staff were also welcoming and professional. I would like to thank Nurse Saij (Nepali) and the other Indian nurse who assisted me during my treatment. Because I was dehydrated, finding a suitable vein was challenging, but they remained patient, caring, and professional throughout the process. Their kindness and concern for my comfort were greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Nurse Ayesha Afzal, who successfully inserted my IV on her first attempt despite the difficulty in locating a vein. She was highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate, regularly checking on me and making sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Also, thanks to Nurse MJ for her assistance with my follow-up medication. She was attentive, helpful, and always cheerful, making my experience even more pleasant. Finally, my sincere gratitude to Dr. Somayeh Amiri for her excellent care. She carefully assessed my condition, prescribed the appropriate medication, and recommended the necessary follow-up tests. Thanks to her treatment, I started feeling significantly better within just two days. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Canadian Hospital Al Ghurair. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, dedication, and compassionate care. Your kindness and commitment to your patients are truly appreciated.

I can say this is one of the best clinics I have ever been to. Salute to the receptionists, nurses, and doctors for their amazing service and hospitality. Everyone is always smiling and very welcoming. The clinic itself is extremely clean—literally squeaky clean. All the staff are very accommodating and patient with every patient. Even when booking appointments, the process is smooth. They send reminders and even call you a day before your appointment to make sure you don’t forget. What I appreciate the most is how caring they are. They always check on you, asking if you’re okay or if something is painful. They really make every patient feel important, like you are treated like a king or queen. I didn’t get the names of the nurses and receptionists, but thank you to all of you for your kindness and excellent service. Special thanks to Dr. Sidra Babar for the care and professionalism. I truly recommend this clinic. High respect and appreciation to the whole team. 👏

This is an updated review after several visits to Canadian Specialist Hospital – Al Ghurair Clinic. I initially consulted with Dr. John Carlo, and recently I’ve also been seen twice by Dr. Jaeniely Ellema. Both doctors have been consistently outstanding in their care. Dr. John Carlo provided excellent support during my first visits, and Dr. Jaeniely Ellema continues that same level of service—she explains everything clearly and thoroughly, from the cause of the concern to the treatment plan, leaving no confusion or unanswered questions. Her approach is very reassuring and professional, truly going beyond expectations. The nursing team has also been consistently kind, attentive, and caring throughout every visit. No negative experiences at all—only comfort and confidence knowing you’re well taken care of. A special shout-out to Ms. Desiree and the reception team as well. They are always warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Still highly satisfied with the service in this clinic. All my healthcare needs are conveniently handled here, including X-rays, physiotherapy, general checkups, vaccinations, and prescribed medicines. Most of these services are covered by my insurance, which makes the process even more stress-free. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, and the queue system is managed efficiently. I truly appreciate that there is no long waiting time—everything runs smoothly and professionally. The staff are organized, respectful, and attentive, which makes every visit comfortable. Overall, this hospital sets a high standard for healthcare efficiency and quality. I sincerely wish that healthcare services in the Philippines could one day be this organized and efficient. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff Rose Ann, Veronica/Annie and the other lady were all warm, friendly, and very helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I’ve had a very good experience at the Al Ghurair branch of Canadian Hospitality. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which makes a big difference during treatment sessions. I’ve completed around 12 sessions of physiotherapy so far, and the physiotherapist, Ms. Mary Cris Jane, has been professional, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout. She takes the time to understand the issue and adjust the treatment as needed, which has really helped with my progress. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend this branch to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy care.

My wife and I went to Dr. Hala for her ultrasound. She was very nervous about the results, but luckily Ms. Maribeth Sabido comforted her before we left the ultrasound room and even until we went home. My wife is very thankful to both Dr. Hala and Ms. Maribeth. Not only that, but all the staff were very accommodating. Highly recommended clinic!

Since day 1, Dr. Syeda has provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy journey. Before my C-section, I was scared and even asked if a normal delivery was possible. She reassured me with words of strength, explaining that she would do her best, but the mode of delivery couldn’t be fully controlled, and assured me that both my baby and I would be okay. From my induction to the emergency C-section, she was professional, supportive, and always attentive. Thanks to her care, I safely delivered a healthy baby girl. She continues to check up on me and making me feel truly cared for even after delivery. Her care extended to both Canadian Specialist Hospital and the Canadian Clinic at Al Ghurair, where the reception staff and nurses at both locations were kind, helpful, and welcoming. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support I received and highly recommend Dr. Syeda to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled OB-GYN.

I visited the clinic today and had a wonderful experience. The clinic itself was very nice, and I was especially impressed by Dr. Arif. I’m truly grateful to Mary Cris for helping me with my shoulder problem.
