It's good but not worth the price. I wish they'd write that each piece of cake is 7$, otherwise it felt a bit deceiving. Artisanal pâtisseries in France that taste way better while costing half the price of this.

The most consistent, high quality bakery in Lebanon and the Middle East. From croissant to French Pastry ( Succes Chocolat, Chou a la Creme, Feuillantine Chcolat, Macaronade etc...) Canelle excels in all of its products. The ingredients, technicality and taste are immaculate. The staff is so friendly. Never cease to amaze. Thanks for heightening the quality and expertise level in a country where the trend is degrading.

well decorated clean and niche pastry shop with a variety of desserts famous for their tarte au chocolat it has an intense chocolate flavor in it . prices are high specially for the selective desserts

When they first opened, service was top notch, they even offered bites to taste and they made you feel special. Now, they make you feel immediately like unwanted with their condescending attitude. They barely answer questions. I sincerely don't get how sales people are so badly trainedand allowed to behave this way in shops. In any case, will state the obvious: overpriced, most of their small pieces are bof. Quality can be seen but doesn't make a difference in the taste. No wow effect. Chocolates are sincerely below average and I tried first time their Dubai Chocolate, was OK. Second time it was terrible so much so we didn't finish it. Hope it recovers some of its old standards. And for heaven's sake get good staff or train them better!!

One of the best cakes I've ever tasted! It was made with fresh ingredients and had a wonderfully fluffy texture. Highly recommend trying it if you get the chance!

We visited this pastry shop to buy a some pieces of cakes, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We were with our 4-year-old son who urgently needed to use the bathroom, and the staff refused, saying they “don’t have a bathroom.” What’s hard to believe is that there are around 6 employees working there from morning until night. It’s very difficult to understand how a business with that many staff members operates without any restroom at all. On top of that, the cashier woman was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She made us feel like she was above us, as if she were more important than the customers, and treated us as if we were asking for something for free instead of paying customers. This attitude was very disrespectful and made an already stressful situation even worse. Customer service and basic human consideration were completely lacking. We won’t be returning and do not recommend this place

Tried Cannelle for the first time to buy a large cake but ended up trying some of their single pieces. The tastiest was by far the ice cream red velvet macaron which was outstanding and for a good price. The service was friendly. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Galettes de rois excellentes Aussi bonnes que celle des tres bons pâtissiers parisiens Et c' est 1 parisienne en vacances qui l' affirme ! Bravo!

I do like to buy French patisserie specifically from Canelle for important events. They are always on top of their craft.

It seems all the hype was overrated, service is great, but it has way too much sugar, way too much, I thought that being triple priced from the rest of the competitors, should be good, but no, just an average desserts in my opinion.

A wide variety of great tasting desserts. A little bit less options on sandwiches and salads. Great quality and great taste. The small desserts pieces are slightly overpriced. Special occasion desserts (Christmas, Easter, cakes..) are very overpriced. Not all of the staff is friendly and helpful. I frequent that place quite often due to proximity to my office. Some of the staff get irritated if you ask them more than a couple of questions. Parking is not practical as the place is situated on a busy main street of Beirut. After working hours it becomes much easier to park.

Simply the best! Their chocolate sucette is super special. Their mango tart, lemon tart, and their Ramadan special pistachio tart are superb. Great ingredients and consistent execution. And of course their Christmas buches. All these make Cannelle stand out from the rest.

Pricier than other bakeries but quality is always the best. Favourites: Lemon tart, croissant aux amandes, macaron ice cream (strawberry and vanilla), and their dark chocolate. The ladies that work there are the best! I love this place.

Cliente depuis les années 2000 , déçue je renonce !non pas à cause du prix exorbitant de la bûche , on sait où l'on rentre !ni à cause de l'accueil glacial de trois vendeuses inoccupées , j'ai pensé à leur salaire par rapport au prix de la bûche !!!!!mais pour la bûche répétitive , sans innovation sans décor minimaliste et même cheap pas vraiment le clou d'un réveillon !!! Une étoile en chocolat sur ce bloc lisse n'aurait pasis la maison en faillite !pas grave j'ai trouvé ailleurs accueil , goût et prix!quand on innove plus on régresse

Meilleurs croissants aux amandes de Beyrouth. Le Mont-Blanc est délicieux. Macarons bons, prix élevés. Adresse haut de gamme, savoir-faire et qualité.

A posh pastry that has some overpriced items that you can get better elsewhere. But the 4 stars goes to the items they really excel in, such as the pies and croissants. Their Apple pie and chocolate pie are to die for. Just try not to joke with them and ask for an apple pie 3a tiffei7, that would confuse them and they'd give you that condescending look they love to give.

The taste of the Mont Blanc was disappointing and overly liquored. Their items are over priced.
