Canon Image Square Camera Shop – Lack of Promised Support for Fair Return I purchased a Canon R7 camera and an 800mm fixed lens from Canon Image Square about ten months ago, spending ₹2,62,000 in total. At the time of purchase, I was assured that if I ever needed to return the camera, I would receive a fair return due to the brand's strong reputation for offering good resale value. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. When I approached the shop to sell the camera and lens, which are still under warranty, I expected reasonable support and a fair valuation, especially based on the original promises made during the sale. However, I was deeply disappointed when the shop owner offered a significantly low amount of ₹1,05,000, far below the camera's worth. Despite my request for a more just evaluation, the response was unsatisfactory, and I was left feeling that the promises made at the time of purchase were not honored. Considering the trust I placed in Canon's brand and the investment I made, I had anticipated much better cooperation in getting a fair return for my camera setup. For those planning to purchase from Canon Image Square, I would advise being cautious about the resale promises made at the time of purchase. It’s important to ensure that these assurances are backed by action when the time comes.

I recently bought Canon mirrorless R50 from this Canon Image square. Staff is very cooperative and took time to show the features of the camera. Post sale service is also good.

Today visited the shop with intent to purchase canon R10. I was just checking what best deal they can offer. However the experience was not good. The price was higher compared to other shops. I was asking for best deal possible. The person started by saying that all other shops are selling duplicate products and we sell original ones. I couldn't find any sense in what he was saying so I ignored what he said and then person said see this is our price if you want buy you can or check other options in rude tone. I think this guys lacks skill and training to interact with customer for sure.. Unpleasant expereice

The place is good if you want to purchase a new camera but I won’t recommend to service there. I somewhat found the rates to be a little expensive than the market. Overall good shop.

Showroom is OK, but their price is high as compared to other dealers. Its not that other dealers are giving fake or duplicate items but the shopkeeper talks like only the items of their shop are genuine. Also, they charge extra for payment through credit card. I bought a goPro Hero 7 as it was urgent for me and it was not available in the market from them which they were already selling at a higher rate than the market price and they charged me 2% extra as well because I paid through my credit card.

If I could give less than 1 star I would... Horrible experience, I wanted to buy my first Mirrorless camera and it was an overall horrible experience. It felt like they are not even willing to make the sale. Non competitive pricing and unhelpful staff.... Not recommended

Rude staff. Mr. Ganpat told he will provide me a free bag and a memory card if I purchase a camera costing around 1 lakh. I was checking different options in bags and asking their price thinking that i can pay the difference amount and buy the one which suits me , upon that he commented 'Free ka aap nhi decide kar sakte ho. Free kya Dena hai hum decide krenge.' It is the right of the consumers to negotiate on the price but the staff dosent appreciate that. Also if we do card payment(POS transaction) they charge 2 percent additional for card payment which is against RBI guidelines. Please check other shops if you are planning to buy a canon camera, you will definately get a good deal and better treatment than this.

Staff was not that much polite. They have given good offers to other customers like free bag or memory card and when i asked offer they denied to me to give free bag or memory card just because my product price is less and was on bajaj card. The bag they are selling is not actual cannon bag, price also high compare with others. Their words "Kisko lena hein to lele ya nikal jaye". They Said offer for cannon M50 mark II is 56k for today only from tomorrow it will be again 61k but when i cross checked with others and on amazon they have also give prize ranging 55-56k, tell me amazon 1 day ke liye offer dega kya? Customers come to authorised centers for good offer and service. At-least on this day(dussehra) it couldnot happened Really disappointed with this authorised dealer. before purchase any product cross check first with others then only decide.

I bought a cannon 55-250mm lens on 2/11/2019, and the shopkeeper gave me a used lens removing from another DSLR box. The product was already registered has warranty end date of 04/09/2020. Store is selling duplicate items under the new name. Please do not buy anything.
