Really a good store, staffs are very friendly. One will get wide variety of canon products. Just bought a Canon EOS M50 last month really had a great experience. The staffs attending the customers are very gentle, always ready to help whenever needed. Update dated 23/12/19 Just upgraded from m50 to EOS 90D. Really it's a good store genuine price if offered to the customers.

Horrible After sales service! I had bought an AC and a Printer from them recently. Big mistake, cause they are horrible at their after sales service. The salesman selling the printer didn’t book for the installation till I reminded him multiple times. The saleswoman selling the AC, was similar if only a bit better, she at least booked the installation on her own. But she booked with the wrong vendor, who messed up the installation, so I didn’t get any warranty service from Voltas. I had to escalate the issue to Voltas multiple times before they finally resolved the issue. Costed me twice the money for a normal installation. Don’t shop here if you value your time.

Velocity IT Store in E-Mall sells a wide variety of products. Eg -Computers, printers, cameras, phones, UPS and so on. The staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable. I bought a Canon RP from the store at a good price.

I was visited in this showroom few days before for quarring after that brought a dslr with bag, memory card and filter. They guidance me about my products. Another important thing showroom was very well and so many products available.

One needs to be very careful while paying through cards. The salesman/cashier wrongly entered the amount to Rs 109500 instead of Rs 10950. When I pointed it out to Mr Abhi who had swiped my card he cancelled the sale but the payment had already been made. Now it's left to me to sort the issue out with my bank which possibly could take upto a month. I am having to pay the price for someone else's STUPIDITY. EXTREMELY NON PROFESSIONAL SALES FORCE. BETTER TO AVOID THIS SHOP IF YOU CAN.

Recently my friend bought a one plus + model From there price same as online also if the stock out you can book here they can give a date to get the stock as soon as possible.

Just brought a canon eos 1300d from this store and am extremely happy with the assistance from sreekant who was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything regarding the camera to me. He also helped me set everything up which I am very thankful for. Would recommend this store and come back again in the future.

Complete useless store, doesn't attend calls and hamgs up without talking. I would suggest the Nagerbazar outlet, its much much better, and Mr. amit Gupta there is a very good sales person with good knowledge of what he is selling.

The seller of this store are very disobedience and very ill mannered before selling dey behave very politely but after that dey don't deliver on time neither dey respinse properly very bad service it's my personal experience guys pls don't buy any product from this store pls ...

Very old store still continuing as Canon main store. But most of the cases apparatus or spare parts are not available. Need more active after selling the product not before.

Good store with friendly and well behaved employees... Would have been great with more adequate waiting area. Nevertheless, a good store for electronic gazettes and home appliances👍🏼👍🏼

They'll push you to buy a very particular product & the very next if you report an issue with the product they shall offer you half the price as resale value. Complete fraud.
