I went there by mistake thinking it was the shop that sold me my laptop through Amazon; the guy asked me if I am sure I had bought it from Amazon and I got irritated - turns out it was my mistake and I got into the wrong shop. They were VERY courteous & when I realized I was in the wrong here I apologized. Didn't buy a thing but cheer fact they behaved this way means they r respectful sellers. Sorry again guys

Meanwhile, my order was super late from the carrefour / EMX. i ordered on 27 march, which was supposed to get delivered by 31-march. and today, April 2, already. i was so confused and worried about my laptop. mr. brian service was so good. i hope by this evening they will deliver soon and in good condition. after unboxing the laptop I'll give my feedback as well. thanks.😊

On store they are not accepting the card payment and also not giving a good response to the customer and showing off that they are very big players in computer trade and showing off we have get this award and that award rather than focus on customer need. I come for buying hp all in one Pc which come with 8gb/512gb from company, they said they will upgrade to 16gb/1tb, but when I ask will you show me original sealed package then they rejected to show me the original package of pc. Then i said i am buying pc from you and your are not showing how you upgarde the pc how you replace orignal part of my new pc. There is no transparency and upgrade time more than an hour. So many things which I don't like. This is my feedback for your company staffs and policy.

It was a very bad experience. Immediately, I called them to ask them about repairing my laptop screen, and I spoke to three people in succession, and they were not completely knowledgeable or professional in dealing.
