OYO 10278 Hotel Caprice Residency

Stay Away if you are booking using OYO Check In: Was horrible experience as we paid amount to OYO and they dont accept the booking with OYO payment due to some issue between OYO & Hotel. Finally agreed to check in as favor Location & Parking: Parking was behind hotel in open space, Location okay okay Room: Room was spacious and not clean, Bed linen were pretty old and Bath room fittings were not working fine. Privacy: Whole night a lot of Noise & screaming sound from near by rooms Over All: Not good for A Family/couple, Tips to Management: At end of the customer is a customer and who is paying for you service, Treat them well

Don't book there the room service is very worst, after 11 pm the guy who is in reception will switch off the intercom then he will sleep if we want any room service we won't get phone connection. And room also very small but in oyo app it shows very big room and nice picture. If ee are checking with them regarding Break fast they tell 8.30 would be the breakfast time but after 10 o clock we may get.

Good property. They not providing any door metry facility for drivers. So after drop drivers will move out and in the morning we need to wait them. Should give proper facility for drivers.

Very good service. Located in masjid road. They offer complementary breakfast each morning and clean hygiene AC rooms are available.

They are not providing good rooms. Main door lock is not working. Bathroom doesn't have any lock at all.. need to take bath with door kept in open. Worst experience

Hotel Caprice residency is a budget hotel near to NH 66. Little inside from highway this gives a silent place to rest after a long drive. Hotel can be booked through online booking services. Hotel doesn't provide food service or it has a provision for any drinks.

Nice rooms. Good beds and well functioning AC. Kind of cheap at this price. All services available. Only problem is accessibility.

Good hotel but if you are lucky you get good rooms with balcony . They also swap room if we wanted better one and extend check out timeline based on our requirement

Checkin was smooth and easy. Hotel staff was also cooperative. Room was cozy and clean. Only thing is, approach road is bit narrow.

The worst hotel i stayed in my life. The reception boy is treating us very badly. The room not at all Clean and smelled like a rotten fish
