I used their service for a small job. Found them to be professional - gave an appointment and kept the time, which is unheard of with mechanics in our part of the world. Work started as soon as I reached. And was completed in a timely manner. Although the task involved was small, I noticed that it was carried out with professionalism. The correct tools were used (very important with certain vehicles) and the correct procedures were followed. Overall, I was happy with their service. They have a very small team but they do seem to have knowledge and expertise. It was also quite cost effective and I felt like I was asked to pay a fair price. If I do use their services for more substantial repairs or service, I will update this review with more detailed feedback.

I used GCE for my Tata Hexa service and ATF change. I am very impressed with their service. Nawaz is really a nice person who attends the customer with a patience and adresses the issues genuinely . I felt I found a nice service centre for my beast.

I’m sure, you will find this feedback interesting and helpful. I own a C-class and this was my second visit to Autotronics after almost 10 months (General Service). Mr. Nawaz found to be very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. I reported him the following issues: 1. My car’s clutch pedal was down: which was due to the leakage in Slave cylinder. Mr. Nawaz diagnosed it and recommended to replace Slave cylinder along with master cylinder for effective functionality of overall clutch mechanism. He arranged the OEM spares within two days and fixed it. The best part is, right from the start to finish, he kept me updated with the photos of spares and work that’s being carried out. 2. Squeaky sound from front suspension: He replaced the stabilizer bar bushes and rectified it. Drive became feel good factor while on rough surfaces. 3. In the recent past, I found my car’s a/c blower was malfunctioning. It used to stop blowing as soon as I increase the blower speed. Initially it was diagnosed to faulty A/C blower resistor/regulator. He managed to source the original one from Dubai in less than 4-5 days. Later, after replacing the resistor, the issue was still persistent. He then further investigated and found the issue to be with blower itself. He was very kind enough to take back the Resistor/regulator and ordered Fan blower. Once the A/C blower from OEM got replaced, the A/C in the car was ruining very seamlessly. To sum it up- Post the recent work related to my Clutch Cylinders, Stabilizer Bar bush, I feel a lot better and smoother performance in the driving. Feels like the car is just gliding on the highways flawlessly. The small potholes, or rough surfaces doesn’t even feel through the cabin. Nawaz is highly knowledgable and experienced in handling luxury cars. His vendors supply original parts (this was a big worry for me), he takes care of your car (no scratches or anything like - incidetnly BMW service once broke my windshield and took me months to have it repaired by them). My biggest aha moment was when Nawaz fixed my starting trouble for 5k (BLW had asked 65k to replace the entire starter kit!!!!) ... I was skeptical initially however after two visits, I am totally sold to German Car Experts. They are bit far off from the city but the service at the right cost makes it totally worth it ... thanks

The German Car Experts, Mr. Nawaz Sheikh is truly a professional expert, polite and such a perfectionist. I had some major issues with my car and I have spent lakhs together for resolving the issue and then I came to know about German Car Experts he have Vehicle Diagnosed services which helps to find out the issue and resolve it immediately. I'm very much impressed by the service with reasonable price.

**Terrible Service and Incompetence** I had an extremely bad experience at this place, especially with a guy named Nawaz who seemed clueless about basic car issues. I took my Range Rover in for a very minor problem: a stuck side glass. It's something that we could almost fix ourselves, but we needed to open the door panel and decided to seek professional help. To my shock, Nawaz claimed that they needed to keep the car for two days to outsource someone who actually knows how to do the work. He also mentioned ordering parts, which was completely unnecessary. We were in a hurry to leave for Kerala and couldn't afford this delay. The worst part was, he didn't even attempt to check the issue right then—clearly aiming to extort more money from us. If you're planning to visit this place, think twice and save your money from these fraudsters.

For my X3, I wanted a damper pulley change and general service. I got a swift response with a quotation. The price mentioned was similar to a service center, but there was no transparency regarding the genuineness of the parts, the part cost, or the labor charge. Fortunately, my relative was coming from Germany, so I got the original parts from there. After this, the owner seemed to be offended and refused to provide any parts or services, asking me to get them from Germany. This is very unprofessional behavior and a shady way of working, with a history of putting in fake parts. I later saw this when I read all the reviews after his bad behavior and got to know the modus operandi. I did not expect this from a place that claims so much. If the owner were transparent, he would provide a clear bifurcation of parts, labor, and part make details.

Nawaz is an amazing guy very helpful and very patient with all our questions. He did a great job and he wa sclear about his charges before even touching the car. He got himself a permanent customer.

Nawaz is a skilled technician with a good understanding and knowledge of automatic transmission and specializes in the same. He had worked on my car and did an excellent job from diagnosing to repairing. I appreciate his manners and good communication with which he dealt with me. He has good experience in working with all automatic transmissions.

Mr.Nawaz and the owner Sultan was extremelly helpfull and understood the problem of the vehicle and got it fixed with parts coming in from mumbai in just 2 days. The customer relation was spot on and I would say my BMW was in safe hands there. Would recommend people to visit his shop for car service related issues. Interaction with the Owner was pleasing. He gave attention to the issue and tried giving very relevant information to what I was facing. One of these days, I would try taking my vehicle there!

Recently got my Mercedes A180 serviced from GCE. Mr.Nawaz has good technical knowledge of German cars, and he has the appropriate tools and software to diagnose and fix the problem. I drove the car for around 500 Km after the service, all my issues were resolved and I could feel a little refinement after the service. Kudos to the GCE team.

I have given my AudiQ3 for complete major servicing few months back and after service I was watching for few months of its performance, since there were few sensors use to give error message time and again. However, after the service performed from German cars it’s really stopped completely. I just don’t want to give my review immediate after service just like that, since I gave my car 1st time for servicing with German cars mechanic. The overall performance of the vehicle after the major servicing is awesome even after 3 months. I felt the service is worth for money though the service cost is little high but defensively much cheaper than the OEM.

Got my Mercedes serviced here for a transmission problem that I was facing. The owner acted sweet and professional before I had given my car and he told he got 8 years of work ex in Mercedes service center. I trusted his words and gave my car for repair. After 4 days he sent me a soft bill with price of sensors 50% higher to what he mentioned on call before I had given my car. He had no MRP proof or box of those components. Also labour cost was not informed earlier and was added later. Finally I settled up to what he was asking for. Just 2 hours into the drive I realised all my money was into ashes as the problem still persisted. I just made a fool of myself by choosing this service center. When I complained this to the service center guy, he casually replied that we will have to diagnose this, Mercedes has lot of electricals components and we need to investigate further. What a waste of my sweet time and money!

Mr. Nawaz, the technician is a very knowledgeable person. He apparently knows the inside out of the cars. I get my car (Mercedes Benz C220) serviced by German Car Experts regularly. The service is very good and reliable.
