I had the best experience with Rahul. He helped me put together my dream wedding band. Was very helpful with recommendations and accommodating our pick up time. When it came to actually picking it up the ring needed slight adjustments to size and they brought us to the shop where I could talk them through the adjustment and the size to make sure it fit perfect and they even polished and fixed our other rings. It was truly the best experience and I would recommend to everyone I know.

We visited Cara Jewelers at Diamond Park for a ring resizing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thank you to Naitik, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He immediately took us next door to the factory, where the ring was resized in around 20–30 minutes. Unprofessional shop They don’t accept to sell gold as per current market price because it’s Sunday (8th March) and they ask to give gold pcs only once market open just because I asked them to adjust the size. This is against Consumer Rights in Dubai and I filed a complaint with the relevant authorities accordingly.

I would not recommend the place. Their craftsmanship is cheap and especially if you are working with stones they don’t even set them securely! In the past they used to be much better! The last year, I made a necklace setting my stone in the middle with a bezel setting (which is supposed to be the most secure of them all) and ended up loosing the stone after 2 months. Tried to reset my engagement ring and they did such a bad job, that ended up wasting my money and had to redo it somewhere elsewhere. Not even the circle of the ring they didn’t manage to get proportionate and full of scratches. Very frustrating and disappointing! I will NEVER EVER step my foot there again! It’s like fast fashion for jewelry

I am so very impressed with the brilliant service that I received from the staff at the Cara workshop. They not only did they fix my Aqua marine diamond ring, , but also managed to resize my young daughter ring to a very small size, and even though it wasn’t a quality gold ring, they did a wonderful job with both… a very happy mum and daughter.
