I usually love Carrefour delivery services for drivers efficiency and food variety/quality (that’s 5 stars from me), but lately your packaging is just outrageous - I received almost all of my express delivery items (which are already packaged in plastic and tin like mushrooms, Babybel cheese, smoked salmon and caviar etc) in individual foil insulation foam packaging!! Meanwhile you are charging 0.25 for a plastic bag to ‘save the planet’, still using horrendous amount of unnecessary plastic which goes directly to landfill??? Sorry, it’s hypocritical. Next time I’ll just cancel the order and send everything back. Please change your policy asap - this is just disgusting

Excellent experience at this hypermarket. You can truly feel the difference compared to many other stores, especially thanks to the French director, Stephane Mailly. His professionalism and attention to quality clearly reflect on the whole establishment. The store is well organized, the service is great, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Highly recommended.

I find everything in Carrefour. They always have promotions and discounts. Don't forget to show your share account for more points. Big variety. Good prices. Good quality. Also the parking is free. Which will give you time to finish your shopping with no rush.

I am a regular customer of Carrefour, and it has always been my first choice for shopping. However, today I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members in the clothing section.His Name (Naddem) My brothers and I were checking the clothes when a staff member came to us and rudely said, “Don’t check here, go to another side.” When I asked him why he was speaking in such a bad manner, he replied, “Go, go, go from here.” After that, I went to the reception to make a formal complaint, but the same staff member continued his bad behavior with my brothers as well. He even came to the reception area in front of the staff and receptionist and said, “Make a complaint, I don’t care. Do whatever you want. You cannot do anything.” Later, one Egyptian manager came and apologized to us. He informed us that the staff member was not directly from Carrefour but from a supplier company. My request to the Carrefour management team is to please inform the supplier company about this employee’s unacceptable behavior and bad attitude. Otherwise, because of such behavior, Carrefour may lose loyal customers. I hope you will take the necessary action to ensure customers are treated with respect. I already do the formal complaints to the Carrefour Team. I hope they will take action to him. And Let his supplier review him employment and do the terminations.

Well mannered staff and everything is available here for household items. Quality products with great deals.

Good place. Has good discounts and fresh stuff but my complaint is the self checkout screens they always treat me like a thief whenever I scan items and put them in the wrong place like there’s a place to put your times before scanning and a place for bagging if you scam and put it back in the items that are not scanned it calls an employee to you who has to check. Just fix it

I am not satisfied at all with Carrefour online orders. For example, I urgently order 4–5 items. They randomly leave out some of them and only issue a refund after I complain. If a product is unavailable, they should inform me beforehand so I can cancel the entire order if needed. They sometimes fail to deliver the main ingredient of the meal. In a country where the level of service is supposed to be so high, such poor service is unacceptable and hard to understand.

Great offers. I strongly recommend for shopping. Kids friendly and you can grab a Starbucks or costa coffee while you shop. Hair cut , kids playing area, toys, huge packing , less crowded. Name it you have it.

Everyone is nice but the staff/chef called muzamil is very rude to customers. He can’t explain and just walked off because i asked about food He showed some racism towards me i don’t think such people should be working and why they are hired in the first place

Do not buy electronics or scooters from here! I purchased a Porodo City Scooter on Feb 15th, and it has been a complete nightmare. The customer service is practically non-existent. Within just one month (March 18), the battery completely failed. I gave it for service and had to wait weeks, only getting it back in the second week of April. Just days later (April 13), the mudguard completely snapped off under normal use. I have emailed Carrefour asking for a full refund for this defective trash, and they are completely ignoring my emails. Terrible product, zero after sales support, and a complete waste of AED 699. Avoid at all costs!

Regrettably, fishing equipment area is very very small. It looks bakery and fruit and vegetables are fresh. meat is normal. Fresh seafood is much better. Good size for daily shopping.

Well managed and maintained, good and clean supermarket. Good variety of products, fresh produce, fresh juice, bakery, butcher, poultry, fish, spices, nuts, honey, household items, electric and electronic products , garden products and BBQ products, stationary products, household products. Good service. Environmentally friendly. Nearby parking.

This is a fantastic Carrefour Hypermarket! It’s very large but not as big as the one in Mall of Emirates, for example. However, it has everything you possibly need. The deals selection is massive! I specifically love the bio/organic area- it’s the largest I’ve seen. All shelves were stocked well at 10:00am on a Monday morning. I was very pleased to see a Caroline’s Cart- a special needs shopping cart. The shop is practically empty early mornings during the weekdays. Highly recommend this store!

Great place to shop, not so crowded and staff are very helpful and polite👌🏻For people who hates crowd and just want to go for quick grocery shopping this is the best place. Fruits vegetables are very fresh😊🍎🍇

Slightly overpriced, but you get everything under one roof. Recommended!
