This is the cutest airport. Its small but efficient. Saves me the drive to Denver and has overnight parking everyone can actually afford.

Pretty nice airport, considering it's a smaller city. The check-in and security process went smoothly, and the TSA agents were very friendly, even when they asked for further screening of your carry-on baggage or your person. I did miss my connecting flight due to Casper having to plow the runway and deice the plane (just over an hour takeoff delay), but it is totally understandable considering safety. Best advice for those traveling from Casper with connecting flights: make sure there is an ample layover time till your next flight. Especially in winter conditions.

We love this airport! So easy and quick. With only United flights to Denver it is methodical. There is a good restaurant in the airport although the hours can be fickle; for example it was closed on New Year’s Day. Otherwise just vending machines with snacks. There is a self serve coffee bar inside the terminal past security. There is no official charge but they ask for a donation.

I was amazed how small this airport is, especially compaired to my connecting flight in Denver. TSA agents were surprisingly friendly and the waiting room had great views of what was occuring on the flightline. My second experience will be in 3 weeks ....

TSA quick, airport small but fine, the issue is the United reps that work here. They do not care about the customers or their experience. Multiple times I stood in line and when it was my turn, they had me step aside so they can handle easier questions or bag checks. Overall fine but it's not ideal due to low staffing.

Very small airport. You can probably get onto a flight when showing up 10 minutes before departure. Wouldn't try it though. I think smaller airports set their detectors more sensitive. This is the first airport I got flagged for carryon items that have breezed through many major airports across the US. And the mmWave scanner highlighted my pants buttons. I think they just want to find any reason to check bags and frisk in order to pass the time quicker.

I flew in for the first time and everyone could not have been nicer or more attentive. I enjoyed their hospitality and will be back using this Airport. Everything went very smooth. After arriving at the airport we went to the Hertz rental car and the guys were helping us with our car issues and they went above and beyond. When leaving, the crew that checked us through security were pleasant and explained everything that was going to happen. We will be returning to Casper for sure!!

I spent some time here. It’s a great airport, the negative vibes this place is getting is due to understaffing, and poor management at top levels. Skywest does a great job, but when United and Delta kick them to the curb, then we are all kicked there. Don’t show up 15 minutes prior to departure and expect to make the plane.

This certainly is one of the smallest airports I’ve been through. Unfortunately, my flight was postponed hours, making me miss my connecting flight. However, having to wait here was pleasant because it’s so quiet. I found out that flights get delayed often during the winter months—a restaurant or bar/grill inside would be amazing. Having the restaurant makes it difficult to have to go through TSA again. TSA agents here, happen to be some of the nicest ones I’ve encountered, as well as the ticket agents and car rental agents. Everything is in one location here and very convenient.

They must be bored… flew here for a gig. They confiscated my crescent wrench said it was too big to carry on even though I was on two airplanes getting here and didn’t have any issues. Been through two TSA checkpoints and didn’t get any pat-down but received one at 5 am in Casper…

Amazing little airport! The ground crew and airport staff are awesome. My friends flight got delayed but it seems like that's just a mother nature issue. They have a nice room above the gates to watch and the aircraft land and takeoff

Fairly nice smaller airport, TSA were super slow to get through the bag scan and seemed to pull off every other bag.

My flight was at 3:10 and I arrived at 2:05, which is plenty in advance of United’s protocol of 45 mins for checking bags. My arrival time was verified with both my bag tag time and my Lyft receipt timestamp. Stood at the desk waiting for an agent that never came. Flight took off without me and at least 10 other people. When the agent finally showed, she claimed that their policy is an hour before flight (which I made regardless of a different non-communicated policy) and that I was not there when I said I was and they were at the desk until 2:15. I got bumped to another flight 3 hours after my initial which was delayed another hour. When figuring out if I would make my connection, and voiced my frustration about the earlier situation I was told “we aren’t having this debate again” essentially calling me a liar. Zero customer service or problem solving skills. Being understaffed should not be the customer’s problem.

The airport is good. Finally has a restaurant. The issue is most flights get delayed or canceled for one reason or another. It is more reliable to drive to Denver so you don't miss your connecting flight. Take the gamble, see if you can make it! But probably not... half the passengers on my last flight did not.

Recently returned from a round trip flight between CPR and EWR and everyone I dealt with at CPR was courteous and helpful. In particular the lady who assisted my elderly mother with the wheelchair service. Thank you so much for the help.

Nice staff at United Airlines. Airport does not have good food options. Parking was very convenient.

Honestly, I wouldn't work here if it was not such a great place to be. I enjoy the environment with coworkers and people that are traveling through. There is never a dull moment with everything that is needing to be taken care of .

This place is fast checking in and through TSA security but is is a small airport.

It’s small with a fun restaurant/bar right before TSA. Only vending machines after security and don’t expect service from anywhere except the restaurant unless it’s one hour before your flight.

Clean and efficient airport. The staff are helpful and the signage is clear.
