Catch.lk is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. The customer service is completely unacceptable, and the management from the director level down to the staff shows zero professionalism or accountability. There is no proper coordination, no responsibility, and no respect for customers. Even simple matters were handled with delay and careless responses. PickMe and Uber arrangements were poorly managed, with extremely late responses and no real support. 🤬 What made it even worse was the clear discriminatory and disrespectful attitude shown. The environment felt hostile and unwelcoming. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money, and dignity, stay away. Serious changes are needed in leadership, service standards, and staff behavior.

A great place to find unique and rare items that are usually available only online. They have a well-stocked physical shop with almost everything you might need. I’ve purchased USB-C rechargeable mosquito rackets, Ghilli Goli soda, Spinner Booster Shot energy drink, and even hydrophobic stickers for car mirrors — all in one place. Irshad was very helpful when I was looking for a mosquito racket. He offered me a great discount and clearly has good knowledge of the products. Customer service is good, the product catalogue is impressive, and they’re open almost every day, which is very convenient. There was a small system issue where I was mistakenly charged Rs. 1,100 for a Baygon spray priced at Rs. 900, but once I brought it to their attention, they immediately refunded the difference. Overall, a trustworthy place and definitely worth visiting!
