CDH Coffee De Himalayas

By far the best food we had in Pokhara. Their coffee is incredible and a must try. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect whether you want to work, study, or just hang out with friends. Sunil served us and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Der Besuch im CDH Coffee De Himalayas war ein absolutes Highlight meiner Zeit in Pokhara! Ich bin immer noch ganz beseelt von der wunderbaren Atmosphäre in diesem Café. Wenn man auf der Suche nach dem perfekten Ort ist, um dem Trubel der Lakeside kurz zu entfliehen und sich bei einer exzellenten Tasse Kaffee zu entspannen, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Die Qualität des Kaffees ist herausragend – man schmeckt die Leidenschaft für das Handwerk und die hochwertigen Bohnen aus der Region in jedem Schluck. Dazu kommt ein Team, das so herzlich und freundlich ist, dass man sich sofort wie bei Freunden zu Hause fühlt. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über das moderne, aber gemütliche Design und die Ruhe, die der Ort ausstrahlt. Ich bin unglaublich froh, dort gewesen zu sein, und kann es jedem Kaffeeliebhaber nur wärmstens ans Herz legen. Ein Ort mit echter Seele und fantastischem Geschmack – ich freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Ordered the iced caramel macchiato, iced americano, mochachino and french fries. All three coffees were quite good and met our expectations. Fries were also good but wish there was more dip. The vibe was great, and service prompt. There was a buzzer which you could use to call the waiter to order or pay, though it took a bit of time.

One of the best coffee Shops in Pokhara. I tried their caffe latte with oat milk which was really good! They soll their coffee beans as well - also grounded. Inner and outer setting area and clean toilets available.

Lovely cafe with alternative milk options. Their pour over coffee was made with so much love and care. The coffee beans are roasted just right and our coffee craving was satisfied. We got oatmilk latte, iced tea and cold coffee and they were all great. Highly recommend it.

Couple of coffee snobs from Sydney give this a thumbs up 👍🏻 Best coffee we’ve had in Nepal so far (and it’s our third trip ) Had two lovely flat whites really balanced and also tried two different Nepali single origins as pour overs (both also excellent ) You can see they are passionate about coffee as they have a coffee school opposite, roast their own coffee and coffee awards to boast We’ll be back, thanks!

스페셜티 커피. 다양한 로컬 원두 V60로 맛볼수 있어서 좋았고 코르타도도 맛있어요. 차분한 분위기에 직원들도 친절해서 맘에드는데 포카라 일정 마지막날 알게되서 아쉬움. 강추합니다.

This is probably my favourite cafe in Pokhara so far, although I only have one other to compare with. Wait and hear me out, the only reason that I only went to one more cafe was because I really wanted to go back to CDH 😂 Didn’t have any coffees there yet, not really the big caffeine person, BUT!!! The mushroom toastie was extraordinary! It’s the best dish with mushroom I’ve ever had, even a rice person like me who hated bread with her life had to go back to get a second one.

Great specialty coffee shop near Lakeside in Pokhara. Staff were very friendly and brewed a good V60 using locally sourced beans. Highly recommended!

I had the best chicken sandwich and it was the best I have ever had, hands down this is an incredible cafe to be when you are around pokhara. The quantity of food is good, taste is great, ambience is beautiful. Loved it!!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and how peaceful the place is for having a cup of coffee. The staff are really polite, and their manner makes you feel welcome. I tried the burger, and while it wasn't delicious, it was good enough, and the cafe mocha was really good. I would say it has now become one of my favorite cafes in Pokhara.

I had an excellent experience in Coffee De Himalayas. I sat here and worked nearly throughout the day and the staff were kind and accommodating enough to allow me to do that and to make sure I was not disturbed. The coffee they served (anaerobic, something) was brilliant and I loved it—even though I rarely enjoy black coffee. The burger they served was, easily, the best burger I have ever had in my life in some 3-4 countries I have so far travelled in. The blueberry smoothie was fresh, and thick. My compliments to the staff here, they run a truly excellent establishment.

Had a cappuccino- I think the best I’ve had in Pokhara! Felt like real coffee, strong and tasteful. The staff were very helpful and patiently explained about all the different kinds of beans and coffees before I made a decision what to order.

Loved the ambience, food and the coffee here. Ordered chicken sandwich, chicken burger and pulled pork loaded fries all of which was delish! Chicken Sandwich was amazing and the fries that came with it were so good too! Chicken burger was so juicy and full of flavour. The drip brew coffee here is something else too, if you enjoy your coffee this is the place to go! Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet place where you can enjoy your time with family and friends. Service was prompt and staffs were very friendly and welcoming.

Good use of local taste and ingredients to make a dish (the eggs Benedict has local twists to it) which was appreciated as i understand it’s hard to import many good quality foreign sauces and vegetables. The shop did really well to compensate for that. Coffee is great of course. Give the tiramisu a skip. It tastes a bit like hard whipped cream with a fudge brownie? Just too sweet in general

Loved everything! The food, the vibes, the staff! Everything! I had sent my kudos to the chef after we were done with the meal. The staff there knows their coffee. They gave us helpful info about the coffee that were sold and helped us choose. Best!
