This was a very bad experience. Around 4:05 PM, I visited there and the line was not even busy. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes without any response, even when there was nobody in front of me. People who came later were given priority first. At first, I stayed quiet and understood the situation, thinking it was fine to give respect and priority to a woman.
But when finally my turn came, the staff at the counter — I don’t know the name, maybe from the Philippines — again stopped me and took another newly arrived customer’s items before mine.
I also work in hospitality, so I understand very well how important customer service and respect are. The security team was excellent, but the customer service seriously needs better training. Customers should be treated fairly and respectfully.
