Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya

We had an issue with the electric system. It would come on and turn all the lights on every few hours...not ideal for sleeping the first night. After trying to sort it out with various solutions, the staff offered us another room. After changing, our stay was great. Very nice staff. Good swimming pool and gym. Breakfast offering was pretty good. Location is quiet which is a big plus for me in Pattaya. TDLR: 4.5/5

The rooms are neat and clean. The main advantage of this hotel is the location which is located in the centre of Pattaya. Two very interesting location at the junction where you can access all the places you want to visit. It’s a wonderful location and the high value of the swimming pool attached the bar is great.

Let me start by saying—we did not stay at Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya. We were staying at Nova Suites next door (which, honestly, was a terrible experience). However, our interaction with Centara Nova completely changed our perception. We had a flight in a few hours and desperately needed to check our baggage weight. Just casually, we approached Ton and Prim—and what followed was pure hospitality at its best. Despite us not being guests, they went out of their way to help us with all our baggage, patiently and with the warmest smiles. Their politeness, kindness, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. We actually had to insist that they accept a tip—that’s how genuinely helpful they were. This one small interaction spoke volumes about the hotel’s service culture. If this is how they treat non-guests, I can only imagine how amazing the stay experience must be. We are 100% choosing Centara Nova the next time we visit Pattaya. 🌟 200 stars for Ton and Prim—they are absolute gems and a true asset to the hotel. Highly recommended just for the people alone. 💛

ห้องเก่ามาก ในรูปว่าเก่าแล้วของจริงคูณร้อย ราคาไม่แพงแต่เพราะเป็น centara เลยคิดว่าน่าจะดี แต่พอเจอของจริงคือทั้งไม่สะอาด มืดมาก ไฟกระพริบตลอดเวลา ตู้เสื้อผ้าปิดไม่สนิท ลิฟต์ก็เก่า แอร์ก็เก่าจนรู้สึกเหมือนจะมีอะไรโพล่ออกมา จองไปสองคืน เข้าห้องไปสิบนาที รู้สึกเลยว่านอนไม่ได้แน่ ถ้าอดทนนอนสงสัยคงได้คุยกับพี่แจ็ค ตัดสินใจทิ้งห้องเลย

The location was horrible! The area our room faced was essentially a shanti town area. There was metal shakes with people living in squaller. But they countered that with great food (for breakfast), prompt/ courteous service, a clean room and great water pressure in the shower.

Loved this hotel. The room was huge, the en-suite was big and clean, and the staff were really professional and kind. The location is very convenient as there is an adjacent 7-Eleven nearby and a lot of nearby restaurants. The price is also really good compared to other hotels in the area. 100% will be coming back to this hotel.

I've stayed here many times, and for me it's spot on. Rooms are a decent size, with a powerful shower, an a big balcony. Very clean hotel, with a tidy pool. Selling points for me is it's a good price, and it is nice and quiet at night. You can walk to the beach, there are a few short cuts. Takes about 20 mins. But you can just jump on a baht bus easily. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxed vibe. It's also guest friendly. You pay 1000 baht deposit but I've never had any issues getting it back. I will be back in January 👍 I was back in January for 18 nights. Excellent once again no issues

We stayed here for 3 days on holiday, and it was nothing short of a homely experience. The staff were friendly, and the spacious rooms comfortably accommodated our family of four, complete with a balcony. Basic toiletries and standard amenities were provided. The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained, and even had a water massager. Extra amenities were conveniently located close to the hotel, which made our stay even more comfortable. One downside was that food service at the hotel ended at 6 pm, though we easily found options across the street. The only real setback was the toilet in our room, which didn’t flush properly and eventually overflowed. Despite repeated complaints, the management kept sending a plumber instead of offering us a room change. Breakfast was good, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. I’d happily come back again.

Very Pleasant & Cozy Stay | Honest & Detailed Review Stayed at Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya and overall had a very pleasant experience. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Check-in: Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. If you are coming from abroad, you only need your passport — they take a photocopy and return the original immediately. ⚠️ Important: There is a THB 1,000 deposit per room (cash only), so please carry cash at time of check-in. Room Experience: I stayed in the Suite Room (hotel has 7 floors). The room layout included: Separate living room + bedroom Huge balcony with pool view Two 55-inch Smart TVs in each room (OTT apps available but login with your own ID) Very comfortable bed Clean and tidy bathroom, 24x7 hot water supply availavle All essential toiletries provided — disposable slippers, shaving kit, shower cap, toothbrush, etc. They also provide complimentary tea & coffee in the room. However, items in the fridge (beer, soft drinks) and snacks like peanuts & chocolates are chargeable and very expensive. Plus, the price doesn’t include 5% VAT + 10% service charge, so final bill goes even higher. 💡 Tip: Don’t consume mini-bar snacks — there is a 7/11 store right beside the hotel with the same items at normal prices. You can buy and bring them to your room and yes they also sell all types of alcohol in the store at much cheaper rates. Breakfast Buffet: Food quality is good. As an Indian traveler, I did miss authentic Indian taste, but they had: Poha, One Indian curry (changes daily),Roti / Paratha Menu is more western-focused like— sausages, stir-fried chicken, salami, noodles, croissants, salad with fish curry, beacon, jam, butter, bread, etc. Live egg counter — scrambled, sunny-side-up, masala omelette, etc. Also available: 3 juice options, tea, and coffee machine. Facilities & Location: Clean swimming pool with pool-bar (specific timings) Hotel is slightly inside from the main road but still convenient Most attractions nearby — Alcazar Cabaret ~2 km Bolt / Grab taxis available within minutes and very affordable (Hotel taxi rates are comparatively higher as they follow tourist pricing) --- ✅ Final Verdict A comfortable and peaceful stay, especially if you choose the suite. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, good facilities, and clean rooms. Better value when you avoid the mini-bar and buy from 7/11 next door. Decent hotel. Location wise it's ok. Not near to beach. Quite some places to eat nearby. Rooms are decent and clean. Staff is polite

ANOTHER EXCELLENT STAY AT A GREAT PROPERTY NOT JUST A BEAAUTIFUL HOTEL ITS THE STAFF THAT MAKES IT ENJOYABLE, FE AND HER TEAM IS SUPERB I HAVE TO SAY YOU HAVE ASSEMBLED THE BEST TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN IN CENTARA NOVA HOTEL ,THE WELCOME DRINK UPGRADE WAS AWESOME. WE HAVE AN AMAZING TIME AROUND THE PPOOL WITH DRINKS.

Excellent service by the FE staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, and supportive throughout. The early check-in was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Hotel is approx 1.5 kms from the waking street and approx 1kms from beach so sometimes it is difficult to find the hotel but other than this services and the pool area is good 💯

I would highly recommend centara nova hotel the staff are very welcoming the rooms are very nice comfy beds just out of the way of all the noise can be guaranteed a good night's sleep every night I will be booking to stay here again when I next visit Pattaya if anyone is looking to stay here I wouldn't think twice you won't be disappointed there's a lady who works on the reception called prim she is a very nice lady showed me to my room on arrival and was always so welcoming when came back to the hotel I cant remember the other staff's names but they was also so welcoming

โรงแรมอยู่กลางๆซอยลึกหน่อย ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แอร์เย็น อาจดูเก่าๆไปนิดแต่ค่อนข้างสะอาด เว้นแต่เจอเส้นผมในห้องน้ำบ้าง ~~\\~~ ผ้าต่างๆที้ใช้ในห้องค่อยข้างเก่า ขอบลุ่ย และเนื้อผ้าเช็ดหน้าค่อนข้างแข็ง ~~\\~~ พนักงานให้ข้อมูลได้ดี ครบถ้วน มีที่จอดรถใต้ดิน จอดได้ประมาณ 10 คัน

Great hotel and wonderful employees. The lovely lady that welcomes everyone to breakfast is amazing. Quick ready check-in/check-out. The breakfast is pretty good. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located next door and a currency exchange and spa across the street. There's also a hotel spa available with wonderful masseuse. The AC is cold and the showers are hot. WiFi is fast enough for video streaming. The gym is a very nice size, but the heaviest weight is 16kg. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, extraordinary staff. The room was lovely and clean, everything you needed, the sink was cracked in the bathroom, but that's just me being fussy. Everything was outstanding. Food was really nice also, they made cooked omelette, scrambled egg or fried egg from scratch so was freshly made in front of you. Had a pizza for lunch and it was freshly made too. Would definitely stay here again. 20 minute walk to the town and there's tuk tuks you can hop on and off and range from 20 baht to 50 baht per person.
