Worst bank ever. I am joining this bank. I am to regret.

Worst service ever seen. I reached the bank at 10:30am just to apply for a new debit card some lady has given me the form and asked us to wait just to proceed further but the employee who has to update or proceed further the application was missing when i asked wen he will come they are like we dont know. This is how the bank works????its very horrible service ever i have seen.Thr lady who gave the form was very helpful but what abt other employees they have to be there at 10am till 11am i have not seen anyone who came in???? This is not they system or discipline of a bank. I truly never refer any of my friends or family member's.

Zero star is just worthy for them. They thought of doing favour for customer. Pathetic services with damm attitude. They want government job to survive. But, they didn't love their job. Horrible branch.

Very worst service...I have applied for ATM card, still three months happen but my ATM didn't received...waste bank. Please any one dnt open account in Central Bank of India 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

one of the worst bank ever...they dont know customer service...security person is asking about problems ..the customer desk guy passing jokes ...if they dont know good customer..please go to hdfc and axis bank learn from them...very poor service

It's a curse to deal with a public sector bank in the first place. None of the mobile or telephone numbers work or there will not be any response. If you send a email, you can forget about a reply. I will close down my account with this bank

Pathetic service at the Brigade Road branch. A simple request for account closure and statement has dragged on for weeks with no resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups with the branch staff, including Yashwant, there is no clear response, no timeline, and no accountability. This is not just delay—it’s complete disregard for customer time. Strongly hope higher management steps in and fixes this.
