Maintenance and cleaning is not that great even though it's getting cleaned daily. Due to the area, lots of unmannered people keep making things dirty which spoils the cleanliness of the whole building! As for the maintenance, one of the escalators are mostly off even in business hours and AC is very inconsistent on summer days!

Loan department mostly prefer to people who need loans only on cibil score but higher interest

Only Vijay Sales is available as a big brand on the ground floor. Also small businesses are housed by this complex. Little e cleanliness is expected, especially in the lift. Visitors are requested to avoid spitting

It is located at varachha road. It is well managed commercial building. It consists chartered accountants, Bank, electronic show room, stock broker office and many more. It has neat and clean floor, escalators and lifts. It has underground parking and waiting lounge.

Its centrally ac complex and various mini tiny and large shops inside it. Mostly ground floor is full of electronic accessories like mobile phon headfone etc etc.

The shopping is very good and it has a very good and best facilities but I am not satisfied with the management person. My office is in the central Bazaar, varachha main road. AC Doesn't work in my office from past 7-8 days and I already raised lotsof complain about this problem to the management person but they didn't response me properly and doesn't solve my problem. third class services by management😡😡😡😡😡

There are AC buildings, AC is not working properly Parking on the ground floor is illegally charged. The owner of the building behaves very badly. This building was not a success. Vijay Sales is located on the ground floor.
