I visited this clinic for an OB-GYN consultation and was advised to undergo several tests. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist and assistant staff was highly disappointing.
From the beginning, there was a clear lack of communication. Instead of explaining the process or guiding me through the required steps, the receptionist focused solely on repeatedly stating the payment amounts. When I informed him that one of the tests was not covered by my insurance, there was no attempt to provide clarification or alternative options.
After completing the initial test, I was given a request for another one. At this point, the receptionist handed me a piece of scratched paper with an amount that appeared higher than expected, which raised concerns about transparency. When we tried to seek clarification from the doctor, the receptionist responded in an unnecessarily aggressive manner.
What was most frustrating was the complete absence of proper guidance throughout the process. At one point, I was simply handed a payment machine without any explanation, and I had to wait again without being informed of the next steps. If I had not asked repeatedly, no one would have communicated what I was supposed to do next.
This experience was not only inefficient but also distressing. In a healthcare setting—especially in a sensitive field like OB-GYN—patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this clinic fell far short of those expectations.
