Worst experiance worst bank , wanted to open a current account gave all the documents Mr Dhananjay Rokade worst and lazy person as usual govt employees what can we expect now service not interest just take govt salaries every day i need to call an take update this guy never ans the call every time i have to travel 15 kms ko take update of the current account opening everyday same ans "Aaj sham tk hojyngaa" but kuch nai hua.. I got fed up and asked my documents again from them..Never use any Govt band .. Worst experience and worst employees.. i dont even want to give a single star rating.

Worst and so lazy staff , atleast close the bank and open a vadapav ka thela atleast they would have some work to do.

Pathetic experience....always crouded and we have to visit bank for every service.

Worst employees. Requested for a check book 20 day ago. Even I went to collect the manager say "alge hafte aao, cheque book nahi aya". I could literally see the parcel with my name on it on his table right in front of him. He refused to even check. Ghatiya Service.

Apparently meant to be a centre for aadhar registration, and even allowing one to book appointments online, but when you reach there, you get to know that aadhar registration is not possible as everyone is on leave. Banks are supposed to be reliable, and doesn't look like they know the meaning of the word.

Worst bank experience. Had gone for Aadhar update. No use. Employees have 0 common sense. They only give excuses that too make no sense at all.

Went for adhaar update but - "Adhaar wale sir to chutti pr hai kisi ar k pass login nhi hai adhaar ka.."

Very Pathetic Service no one Coprative staff in this branch and very Slow process

Worst exprience they dont know anything about cbi app or any updated technology for every problem they have only 1 solution " kal aana" "hamara department nai h"

Pathetic customer service. No social distancing maintained in the queue outside the bank. The bank opens at 10:30am.

WORST STAFF, you won't get any work done here, no one will hear you and even if you ask them anything they'll give reasons like, PRINTER IS NOT WORKING, SIR/MADAM ON HOLIDAY TODAY, TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, ETC. Long story short, don't take or go for any work here you'll regret it.

Very very slow and unprofessional. Even after giving required documents not doing anything for months together and asking to come later again. Always make false promises...

Really very lazy staff and very un professional

Staff is very lazy, less use of technology makes service very slow and elaborate

Very lengthy and time consuming processes here. Took almost 4 months for a 25 lac loan.

If you want to test your patience, you should visit this bank 🙂

They dont have staff in bank from last 2 hours only one counter is open

never get proper resolution at all each and every one including branch manager every one is dum over there.

Very bad experience every time server down , no cash in atm.
