The mart is spacious and mostly filled but some of the essential items can't be found hear. Apart from that a very good place to shop for groceries, fruits and vegetables etc.

With my past 9months shopping experience i am sharing this review. Staffs should learn how to work professional way. Especially lady staffs. Many times i faced the issue in purchasing loose matta rice. Sometimes they won't pack it. Sometimes they won't bill it. After reaching home again i had to buy it from somewhere nearby. Another thing is they don't restock good quality products. They only looking for best commission. Today i am posting this bcoz I ordered for a home delivery at 5pm and many times i called them in between also. And no one delivered it. Finally someone called at 9pm. It's grocery items including milk curd etc. The excuse is today so much rush was there. As if all other shops are empty and that's why they are doing home delivery or something. And if such an unprofessional way the staff behaves then no sooner the shop will be closed due to bad reviews

First ഒരു സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ വിളിച്ചു ലൂസ് ആയിട്ട് ഉള്ളത് എടുത്ത് തരാൻ അപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞു വേറെ ആൾ വരും എന്ന്.. 10 kg റൈസ് പറഞ്ഞു 2 കവർ ആയി 5,5 എടുത്തു ഒട്ടും താല്പര്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത രീതിയിൽ നിങ്ങൾ എങ്ങനെ കൊണ്ട് പോകും എന്ന് അതിന് അവർക്ക് അത് തിരക്കേണ്ട കാര്യം എന്താ? അതും ദഷ്ട്യത്തോടെ... അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ അവരുടെ സംസാരം ആർക്കും ഇഷ്ടപെടാത്ത രീതിയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു വേണ്ടന്ന് അപ്പോൾ പറയുവാ വേണമെങ്കിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ ... പിന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സാധനം എടുക്കാൻ തോന്നുമോ മുന്നിൽ വന്നു ബില്ല് പറഞ്ഞു അവർക്ക് മിണ്ടാട്ടം ഇല്ല പോണേൽ പോട്ട് എന്ന മട്ട്.. അത്പോലെ അത്രക്കും സങ്കടത്തോടെ ഞങ്ങൾ ഇറങ്ങിയത്... ഇതുപോലെ ഉള്ള സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ ഉണ്ടേൽ താമസിക്കാതെ ആ സ്ഥാപനം പൂട്ടും ഇല്ലേൽ പൂട്ടിക്കും അത്രക്കും മോശം ആരുന്നു cctv ഉണ്ടെല്ലോ.. ഈ അടൂർ ഇല്ല ഇതുപോലെ സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ ഉള്ള shop അത്രക്കും bad experience 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 ഒരു സാധനം എടുത്താൽ പോലും അതിന്റെ കാര്യം ചോദിക്കാൻ ആരും വരില്ല.. വേണേൽ എടുത്തോണ്ട് പോകു എന്ന not recommended very very bad service ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ insult വേറെ ആർക്കും വരാതെ ഇരിക്കട്ടെ

Very bad experience .staff attitude was horrible Expensive too..

I must say the service provided by the staff was excellent. As a newly opened supermarket, their standards were commendable. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I hope they continue to maintain this high level of service. Keep up the good work.

പുറമേ കാണുമ്പോൾ വലുതായിട്ട് തോന്നുമെങ്കിലും സാധനങ്ങൾ വളരെ കുറവാണ്. കുറെ സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാമല്ലോ എന്ന് കരുതിയതാണ്. പക്ഷേ എന്തെങ്കിലുമൊന്ന് വാങ്ങിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ മോശമല്ലേ എന്ന് കരുതി ഒരു സാധനം മാത്രം വാങ്ങി. കട കുറേക്കൂടി മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. കൂടുതൽ സാധനങ്ങളും കൂടുതലായി വരേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

Limited groceries. Even essential items are not available. Staff says “out of stock”. Some of the staff were found arrogant. Dont know how long they will survive in such a competitive field. Deserves minus rating.

Customer service :0 Customer service chat : noone responds Contact email : still waiting on a response Ordered baby food from a specific brand: its been a week , no sign of being delivered yet , so Im forced to buy a local brand You are better off buying it in a shop , for websites such as these , online shoppi g isnt reliable , trust amazon only , they guarantee delivery and customer service

Ac cooling issues solve

If you have a car, you are most surely going to break your bumper while getting it parked The store does have quite some space to park 7-8 cars but to get to the parking from road is tricky. The place has an unnecessary slope that can twist and break your car at times. I learnt it the hard way... 🙃

Decent Experience, and good staff support.. but limited choice and variety of items especially something like milk products

Some products very high price compared to other shop, But Good Quality, In case of fruits is very expensive, But not maintain quality..

Location is out of town, stock and variety is also low. Needs to improve the quality of staff, NO PRODUCT IDEA.. so we have to forget Coustmer Service

Cheap during initial stage... now groceries on higher price
