If you’re willing to overlook the customer service aspect, the rest of the shopping experience is generally satisfactory.

Just did some window shopping, but I was pleasantly surprised by how many reasonably priced items they have. There’s a wide range of products available, from kids’ items to adult clothing, all in one place. The store is spacious and well organized, making it easy to browse. A great spot for affordable shopping, even if you’re just looking around.

I had such a great shopping experience at Centerpoint Al Ghurair! The store is clean, well-organized, and they always have amazing deals. I visited Centerpoint Al Ghurair to buy perfume and bags. The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout my visit. They greeted me politely and assisted me in finding the products I was looking for. The sales team was knowledgeable about the perfumes and gave good recommendations based on my preferences. I was having a hard time searching for my shoe size because my feet is kinda a small (size 39) but Francis assisted us well by showing us different shoe styles and the smallest size possible. He also suggested a shoe insole which helped me to get the right fit. Thank you Kuya Francis!

I visited Centerpoint Al ghurair mall today 22/02/26 between 2:30 and 2 55 pm. The experience was really disappointing, only one staff on the shop floor. When I wanted to ask for prices and items details staff was so far away I had to call her to come assist. She was cold and judging. She gave me the prices and I told her I’ll wait for the sale since I know centerpoint usually have pop up sales. She told me there have never had sale for perfumes of which I know it’s I lie. The I told her I need some make she just walked away I browse for over 10 mins and she never came to see if I needed help. Later on I tried to call her she was on her phone with the security lady and one guy as she was showing them something on her phone and laughing. I passed them and they just look at me and just continued with there conversation as if I never existed. This is so sad and embarrassing as I have shopped so many times at centerpoint burjuman as well as city center and never did I encounter that. You can check your cctv, I was there between 2:30 and 2:55 pm I was wearing a long linen navy blue dress. Really sad.

However my experience in mall of emirates was bad , this one is better. I bought a guess bag for my mom It's good but not cheaper than the website of guess Just 100 aed cheaper ! I think next time I'll order online instead of going there
