The customer service was extremely poor. We asked for a shoe size, but no one was bothered to help. The strange part was that one saleswoman asked another saleswoman to get the size, and the other person didn’t even care—she just said that someone else was getting it. We waited for 20 minutes, and no one brought the shoes. Finally, we went to the counter and asked a staff member for help, and he assisted us. At the billing counter, another person took the payment but kept the shopping bag with him instead of handing it to me. I had to bend down over the counter to take the bag myself. The shop was empty and not busy at all, yet no one showed any interest in helping customers. Very, very bad customer service.

Aao! Centro ke liye feedback hai: "Centre ki services bahut aachhi hain! Staff ka bahut aachha support milta hai, aur process simple aur fast hai. 👍" Aapke liye kaisa hona chahiye?

Recently I have visited this store and I have very great experience with the staff and mainly Swadhin kumar sahoo great meeting him and very gentle explanation.

There is no stock and sizes of anything...not worth going...

Staff Anitha is good..showing all the models patiently...but shop need to include more number of sizes..

Manju Kumari at Centro Kompally, Hyderabad, is a very good salesperson. Knows the customer's preference and guides them correctly. Five Star work. Majes customers very happy. Want to come to Centro because of folks like her.

Good experience shopping here for footware. Staff is all over the place staring at customers and few come forward to help, so speak to the correct person. Footware collection is good.
