Decade of time, effort, and loyalty can be given, but the moment a medical emergency arises, the “support system” becomes quite interesting. The environment slowly turns so uncomfortable that resigning feels like the only option. Quite an innovative approach. Promotions and appreciation are rare treasures. The real perks seem to be office politics and endless “panchayat” sessions. Performance appears optional, but visibility in the right circles seems to be the real KPI. Mastering the art of looking busy might be more important than actually delivering results. In the end, every organization teaches something. This one teaches patience… and reminds everyone that karma eventually balances everything.

This CeX is genuinely the best branch I've visited. The selection of games, phones, and movies is vast and frequently updated, making every visit a treasure hunt. What truly sets them apart, though, is the exceptional staff. They are friendly, quick, and incredibly knowledgeable about tech and pricing, ensuring the trade-in process is transparent and fair. Their customer service makes all the difference. Highly recommended for buying, selling, or trading your unwanted gadgets. Excellent workplace

Only a fool would buy from this place. The quality is miserable. The warranty is just to boost sales. There is no warranty actually. The after sale service is so poor that it takes months. No customer support landlines or phone and emails never get replied. For refund, they provide you with CeX voucher only (no cash, no bank transfer) so that you are forced to buy another JUNK from their store. You cannot reach beyond the store's incharge/manager. It looks like a shady or scammy organization. If you look to sell your product here, they would take it at dirt cheap rate. They'd say the rates are fixed and their hands are tied. They'd then sell the same product at 15% to 20% less than the original market price.

Reasonable cost and great place to exchange your old items for cash or another product along with 2 years of warranty.

CEX warranty is scam, i purchased ps3 super slim from ghatkopar cex after 2 months it got some problem and stopped working, I went to them they took it for a week and told me it is liquid damage so dosent cover under warranty

Worst Post Service EVER. The warranty of 2 years doesnt apply to either the software or the hardware of your Mobile phone. They keep for 8 days and say due to physical damage, its warranty is void. They do not have a customer support number and the mails are never replied.

Only place where u can Buy or Sell Used Electronic items like Mobile phones, Gaming Consoles, Tablets, Laptops , Wii , PLayStation. U can get Cash or Credits that you can use to buy stuff from them. Also they Give warranty of 2 yrs.

"Warranty is an eye wash" I had purchased Lumia 640 XL LTE from thane and when its display started giving trouble , i approached them during warranty period. They took the mobile and after two days told me that water had entered inside so they are not responsible. I take care of my mobile very well and did mentioned to them that it never got wet but they did not do it. Guys remember to read their instruction and check your mob when buying from them. Bad experience.

Buys your product for garbage price and sells back to market for 85-90% cost. They dont buy out of warranty product. They don't even have svc.
