😡Their customer service is excellent when you go there to purchase. But you will have to face many issues when trying to claim the warranty. Do not buy black color accessories, mixer and etc. They have very poor accessories. They always try to discard the warranty. Also, the Price is a little bit high compared to others and the same accessories were purchased from Uncommon homes Pagoda Road for less price and High quality. Now more deals with Ceylon bathware. Edited After the owners reply - Then why do I need to pay for that? Is that your warranty claim way?

We purchase the kitchen sink, is incredible & it made me ecstatic . So nice, no damages found. safely delivered . Customer service also amiable . Delivered within 1 day after i have place my order. everything is A+++. We Will hope to do our next purchase asap by next week.

Very poor service. Not recommended for anyone. Cheating customers with low quality products. I went to that place to buy products for my bathroom I paid around 4 laks . But when I wanted to change 1 item they treated me very badly. There are lots of shops in Nawala, that's why please go to another place for your requirements. Don't waste your time on this place.

I needed a hard to find item and Arham helped me by phone to identify and locate the exact replacement. He handled my inquiry with great patience and professionalism, which reflects so well on his employer. My item was delivered to my bungalow in Trincomalee, within 24 hours at a much, much lower cost than if I had sent someone to pick it up. And it fits perfectly! Living close-by to the popular Nawala Road bath-ware accessories centre, prompts one to look at various brands of the bath mixer tap that I was interested to purchase. It took me about a month - from the big players to the lesser known. Ceylon Bathware (CB) was unique. They have a varied range of items to suit everyone's purse. They have been given good reviews from several projects to which they supplied their products. I casually walked in having a reasonable knowledge of what I wanted, but just allowed their rep., Mr. Arham to convince me. He did and did it well. He in fact impressed me by his tender customer service and care! Being a Chartered (Civil) Engineer (HLM) cum MBA, impressing me takes finesse. I have fixed my bath mixer tap from CB and am completely satisfied. I strongly recommend visiting CB for your bath ware and toilet fitting requirements. Give it a try.
