The dispensary at Jharoda Kalan needs serious improvement in patient management and staff behavior. The queues are always very long, and there is no proper system to handle them, which causes a lot of unnecessary waiting, even for senior citizens.
During my recent visit, I specifically requested the CMO to help manage the crowd of patients, as online appointments were being allowed to cut in between the walk-in line. This creates confusion and frustration among those waiting for a long time. A simple solution could be to allot online patients a proper number or a separate queue so that both categories are managed fairly and without arguments.
Unfortunately, the response from the staff and doctor was not very patient-friendly. Their behavior often feels dismissive rather than supportive, which is disappointing in a healthcare setting.
I sincerely hope proper queue management and polite staff interaction are taken seriously here. Patients visit with health issues and deserve both efficient service and respect.
