My gym for a year now, honestly, it's a good gym to be in but it would need some updates. And constructions, because there is aside of it that should really old you can feel yourself going back to the 80's. Champions gym you you need a glow up.

الإيجابيات السعر متوسط نوعا ما المضمار الداخلي فكرة جميلة السلبيات زحمة مشتركين طوال الوقت خصوصا بعد الساعة الثانية ظهرا الأجهزة قديمة و قليلة مقارنة بعدد المشتركين زحمة مواقف في السرداب وخارج النادي بعض الأحيان يزيدون في وضع الكلور في حمام السباحة عروض مستمرة وتمديد العروض إلى مالا نهاية يجعل النادي في قمة الزحمة لن أعيد التجربة

I had a very bad experience with customer service from the staff. One of the trainers was very rude and disrespectful. She forced me off the machine to prioritise her client and handled the situation unprofessionally. If you want to be treated with respect and have unproblematic gym sessions do not join this gym. Yes its budget friendly but I would rather pay a little more for better quality and respect.

Very bad experience ,imagine leaving the sauna and the WHOLE gym and pool area and all 3 floors don’t have a drop of water to drink !! The steam room and sauna normally are not working . The staff isn’t welcoming nor cooperative. I wouldn’t recommend it . Cheap price ,cheap service ,cheap quality .

The trainers are good and the equipment is modern. but the parking situation is a complete nightmarish mess. I parked at the underground basement and it took me 10 minutes to get out of parking due to the columns being placed awkwardly. Another thing that makes this place less than ideal is that it’s located in Jabriya, where people park in the middle of the streets. It’s honestly not worth the money because you will almost always feel stressed going in and out of the gym due to the terrible traffic and GTA like driving. They only have one location and don’t even have a supplement shop, which is odd considering they are just as expensive as other gyms who offer different locations and have their own supplement shops inside the actual gym itself.

نادي جيد ، لا يوجد زحمة في اغلب الأوقات الا بعد العشاء كأي نادي في الكويت ، التعامل عادي لا يُذكر ، نصيحة للنادي بخصوص المسبح ١- وضع آلة تنشيف الملابس اليدوية بدال استخدام النايلون ٢- وضع كروكس ( شبشب ) في منطقة المسابح للتحسين : اتمنى حل مشكلة المدربين في المسبح وصالة الحديد ، لا اراهم الا يتكلمون في زاوية وكأنما سؤالك غريب ومزعج - دخول التلفون الى منطقة الجاكوزي هو امر عادي جداً

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I’ve joined many gyms in Kuwait but I have never seen a terrible customer service like here. So many people have already given bad reviews but I’m surprised the management hasn’t changed their staff yet. Everytime I go to get my training program they tell me we’re busy but they prioritize other rich customers who just joined. They also told me I can’t use the swimming pool until they give me a schedule but after waiting for 4 weeks and complaining to them they said I can use it any time. Waste of absolute money!

Very busy area. No parking. Their parking is always full!Machines in the gym are always full of users and dirty sweat! No sprays to hygiene them after! Most of the instructors are lazy to show how to use the machines!!

منت بشترك بس لقيت الزحمه برا وقفت ودخلت اقرا تعليقات اهني ! وعرفت بعدها ليش مصكرين تعليقات الانستقرام اشوه انحشت ماشتركت

اشتؤكت سنه بس ما قدرت اتحمل جم شهر وما قمت اروح ..زحمه مو طبيعيه داخل النادي بكل وقت صيح ظهر عصر !!! لدرجه ان تتمرنين بأمان الله الساعه ٧ ونص الصبح ولا وحده فوق راسج ماسكه صينيه لقيمات تدش بخشمج غصب اخذي لقيمات !!! اختي انتي مضيعه بين نادي الي الناس يايه تتمرن فيه وبين زواره بيتكم !! ما تقدرين تخلصين تمرينج لان الي تقعد علي الجهاز ما تقوم وتنام علي التليفون بدال لا تتمرن ولا احد من المدربات يكلمهم،لوكرات قديمه ،لازم اخذ اكثر من مصعد ودرج عشان اوصل للادوار فوق و ريحه الكلور تنشم من برا النادي و المدربات مالهم خلق احد يسالهم باختصار تجربه سيئه وخسارة فلوس

Alot of activities You can soend the day thier and still did not use all the facilities🌹🌹

بعد التمرين نحتاج ناكل وجبتنا علشان ما يحوشني هبوط و استغربت من الكافتيريا تقولي ممنوع و بصوت عالي شفيهم مادري و اللي على الكاونتر منفسه علي و تقولي ممنوع و فجاة عصبت ،، سألتها عادي أنا أجيب المايكروويف و يكون للكل رفضت

معهد ك شكل جيد و اجهزه جيد لكن العاملات الي ينظفون جدا سيئين و يحاولون يفتعلون مشاكل و و استفزاز اكثر من مره اشتكي للاداره لكن للاسف العاملات غير محترمين

So, this gym is big and price is good during the offer. But the staff are horrible, rude, unfriendly and very aggressive. The coaches just stand around talking to each other and making fun of some of the customers. They never offer to help and if you ask them a question they respond in an angry tone. This is the unfriendliest gym I have ever been to, compared to any gym I have tried in Kuwait and outside in other countries. I genuinely regret joining this gym since the staff were rude to me from day 1. The second problem obviously is the lack of parking in an already busy area, but that is really nothing compared to the staff’s attitude which creates a very negative atmosphere.

مساحة النادي كبيرة وملائمة لعدد المنتسبين ، مجهز بالاجهزة المنوعه في الطابقين ، يوجد حمام سباحة كبير ونظيف ، ويطل على المسبح ممر للممشى الداخلي ، وعلى جانب الممشى غرفتين لكلاسات اللياقة والتدريب ، في الطابق الاعلى يوجد غرف اخرى ايضا لممارسة التدريبات بانواعها . ومما يميز النادي اماكن التبديل الكثيرة والشاورات المتاحة في كل وقت ، ووجود مدربات في الساحة الوسطى لمتابعة المبتدئات .

المصافط وايد ضيجه اتمنى يسون دور ٣ مصافط لان العدد كبير ونادر ما نحصل موقف والشغله الثانيه وايد اصنصيرات شدعوه خلوه واحد يوديني ويبني للنادي ليش اثنين

It's a really good gym, have a lot space and facilities.

النادي الذي أتمرن فيه وخاصة السباحة مكان واسع ونظيف وإدارة ممتازة

Great gym. Spacious and good staff.
