One of best strategic location in Sports City to live, 3 min to Carrefour ,City Centre , access to both Al Khail and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road -2min, Restaurant, barber shop ,grocery just 5 min away, Indian Schools- 6 min away, British school -6 min away,American school -5 min away, rentals are affordable, there is a footpath to walk with family in front, golf view from balcony, apartments has good light and ventilations.

BEWARE OF APARTMENT 1203 Very disappointing experience renting this apartment. Don't fall for the view and external looks, only during summer you will come to know the true face of both apartment and the owner. You will always get cigarette smell through the AC vent in the bedroom, this apartment is right next to garbage room so corridoor always stinks and whatever you do you will get cockroaches in the apartment despite 3 rodent treatment throughtout the year. The landlord is difficult to deal with and avoids addressing issues directly, often redirecting everything through an agent who claims he has no responsibility. Major maintenance problems, including persistent AC faults, were never properly fixed. The apartment has poor ventilation and an old non-centralized AC system managed by individual owners, making repairs slow and expensive. Despite the tenancy agreement clearly assigning major repairs to the landlord, we were repeatedly asked to share the costs and even that communication won't be direct. It seems AC issues are temporarily patched only until a new tenant moves in. If you are considering this building or this unit, please be ready to compromise on quality of life only for the lower price. Building is very old, either one or the other lift will not work throughout the year. Forget the AC, Security Deposit, and Mental peace if you have rented it. So, All the best.

Good location and accessible to Sport City’s facilities. Me’aisem City Centre with Carrefour across the main road. Easy access to 2 main highways: E44 and E311. Golf course view for the apartments facing behind the building.

I am the owner of unit 1006 in this champion Tower 1. Three months back , the balcony glass was broken due to heavy wind. From the day 1, i am sending emails to the Management to fix the issue. There is no proper response from the management. This broken glass posses high risk. After several emails, there is no any response from the management. I request RERA should take immediate action to the authorities who are responsible for the ignorance.

How could anyone choose to stay in this building? In addition to its poor construction, the maintenance has appallingly failed. The following are my experiences in the building after about eight months of stay: 1. Lift can stop working midway and give you a scary experience 2. Bathrooms stink, and water gets logged on the floor 3. ACs are mostly unreliable 4. Walls paint gets peeled off, and their plastering fails to hold the curtains 5. Bad odor comes either from the duct or from washroom drains 6. Water supply gets stopped for a day completely 7. Gym is in the worst condition The only advantage is that the housekeeping staff does a sincere job.

very very bad building the Ac not working in the flat since i moved, have mold smell all the time , Bad management. Seem like old building. Everything is consumed and almost not working.and pool is under maintenance for 9 months and till now not opened. Only thing that good is has a basement parking.and unfortunately in the parking always water leakage,and bad smell. really not recommend

Fantastic company and very professional. Set up an appointment with Mr Noushad and we were able to sort out curtains for a 2 bedroom easily. The installation was quick and efficient, and most importantly did not leave a mess behind them. Would highly recommend.

Very good new management PROVIS, very good location, connected directly to al khail and MBZ road.. 10 min expo and jebel ali, 5 min marina, 12 min BK. Carrefour 2 min by car, stadium and cricket near by.. Reasonable prices in compare to the rest in the city.. Lot of progress going on in the building, pool working, Gym working, AC working .. Rent low in compare to others in sport city

Bad management. Seem like old building. Everything is consumed and almost not working.and pool is under maintenance for 9 months and till now not opened. Only thing that good is has a basement parking. That's all really not recommend

Bad quality and finishing,room area is not designed for human usage, there is an AC problem in the whole building and it will never be resolved since it was not calculated well in the design phase,maintenance company is not responsive at all, even it was brand new buildjng but swimming pool was under maintenance for almost 1 year,the only advantage is that the price is little bit lower than market because of all the above mentioned raisons.

very very bad building the Ac not working in the flat since i moved, have mold smell all the time , in the parking always water leakage, very dirty corridor, the water shower smell very bad they are putting liquid in the main water room . please avoid the leave in this building specially if you have kids . its only my advice

The building quality is terrible, everything is failing apart. AC is very hight energy consuming but no cooling enough.Service company is not responsive, the price is not worth the quality !

Bad management.and there's no clear manager to complain or talking. Only the security is responsible and you can't reach to any manger.

The baddest Building i ever seen ,the maintenance team not qualified and they not respond i have a problem for more than 3 months everytime they do something and it's hide after one week its return back

Good Infrastructure, unobstructed view, close proximity 1.5km to city center (IMPZ)
