Dear Chandan Automobiles, i hope you are seeing my comment. I brought Hero Pleasure+ Xtec on Janmashtami day (26th August). Till now (26th October), i have not received my RC, and i paid extra for Joyride and RAC. When i call for the rest papers, your staffs said that i can take anytime. After visiting, your staffs who is working on computer said, i can't get my Joyride and RAC cause of Diwali, so i have to come after Diwali. Second thing is tell your managers, staffs and workers to behave normally with customers. I am giving my money for the vehicle not your people giving me. During purchasing time, everyone will say "sir sir mam mam". But right after purchasing no one knows who you are. That's the reality of Chandan Hero Automobiles. If you can't respect your customers (new or old), then who the hell are you to sell your vehicles? I went almost all the day during that purchasing time but no one even provided me a glass of water atleast. Very much unhappy with the showroom and servicing. No need to say sorry to me, but better scold your all staffs very tightly so that they can work much better atleast.
