I had a wonderful experience at this perfume shop. Jacqueline was extremely welcoming, patient, and professional. She presented the products beautifully and answered all my questions with great care and knowledge. Highly recommended, as this is one of the best branches.

Really disappointed with the stereotypical and discriminatory way high end brands treat customers. If I knew I would be judge and ignored based on my race, assumed economic status or general appearance I wouldn't have bothered to set foot through the shop door. Being ignored in the store to a point where a sales agent opens drawers on top of you without apologizing was pathetic. These are employees- they shouldn't act like they own the brand because they work for it. We are most probably in the same socio- economic status and yet I was there to buy products without the staff discount, so who should act high and mighty?

Yosra is the most gorgeous sales person. I would never have bought anything but her charm and her skills bowled me over. Her hospitality and thoughtful manners are outstanding.

Eman at the Al Jimi Mall branch had an unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. Her behavior was dismissive, elitist. if professional courtesy cannot be maintained, customer service is not the right role

This is truly the best Chanel branch, where you are met with great hospitality, very knowledgeable staff, and they give us samples each time. We always buy the full-sized items from the previous samples. Very premium quality product and exquisite packaging!
