Fabulous store . Aurora & pinky were amazing . I seldom get a perfect suit at one glance but here it was as quick as it can get . Great collection .

Attending the shop for in person shirt tailoring for 4 weekends in a row because every time the shirts were collected, they were completely the wrong size. After the 4th occasion, the store promised to have the correctly tailored shirts delivered to me by Tuesday at the latest. It’s now Thursday and I’m having to chase because there has been no update from the store. Avoid this place.

Such a bad quality of their suits, for the price that you will pay better shop somewhere else, after just 2 weeks of wearing a suit Threads are starting to stick out everywhere, and the buttons are falling off. Shirts are good tho.

I am an online buyer of Charles Tyrwhitt Clothing I loved it I face issue while adding a customized pocket for smart casual and formals etc It was very surprising for me, How low quality and Negligance was shown. I reported and CT Team arranged replacement for me. That what they say "There is human behind a gun.." So CT Team has to hire and select the 'right people for the right job' I am waiting for my latest order UK to ShopnShip and to Middle East. I request CT to arrange direct Shipments to Middle East or at least Oman. 🙂

Zero consistency in shirts of the same size. Waste of money

The worst quality and the worst customer service, I bought suit with 2 trousers and one of them got damaged in less than 2 month,the manager there was not professional at all ,he didn't even check what was the issue and try to solve it ,not recommended to anyone unless if you want to waist your money, if there is -10 I will give them
