I’m visiting from Israel, and this was my first time at Charlotte Tilbury Dubai Mall. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Harshita for making my experience so specal. From the moment I met her, she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. She wasn’t just doing my makeup — she made me feel beautiful and confident. The makeup turned out absolutely stunning, but what I’ll remember most is how kind, warm, and sweet she was throughout the whole experience. Harshita, thank you for making me feel special. As a Charlotte Tilbury darling, I came to try their masterclass with Ray & their lead makeup artist Ms. Richelle. The vibes was immaculate. They were very passionate and knowledgeable with the products as they introduced each of the products they used for the masterclass. We left with a happy heart, bags full of makeup and knowledge from the talented ladies that hosted the masterclass today. FYI- I love the flawless filter & airbrush powder. HOLY HOLY GRAIL. 11/10 ⭐️

I’ve been using Charlotte Tilbury products for about three years now, including skincare and serums, and I’ve always enjoyed the quality. However, I had a slightly disappointing experience today at the Dubai Mall store. After purchasing several items, neither the cashier nor the consultant mentioned anything about the promotional gift that was available with certain purchases. I noticed it myself and asked one of the consultants, who explained that it was intended for bloggers doing ads. This response was a bit surprising to me, as I am also a content creator with several thousand followers across different platforms. When I asked if customers who purchase the products could also receive it, I was told that the offer is currently “closed” and there was no clear information about when it would be available again. As a loyal customer, I found this approach a little confusing. For such a well-known brand, I would expect clearer communication and a more consistent experience for all customers.

Trish is truly the best makeup professional I have ever met. I have never had anyone achieve such an incredible result on me before. She was extremely professional, explained every step and every product she used, and made the entire experience amazing. Her talent, attention to detail, and passion for her work are exceptional. I had the most wonderful experience at Charlotte Tilbury! I booked a 60-minute facial with Eleni followed by a complimentary makeup session, with Lynnet and I was truly impressed. The facial left my skin with the most beautiful glow ✨ and I loved how they took the time to really understand my skin’s needs. The hospitality was warm and welcoming from start to finish, and the makeup session felt like the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves!

My mom and I just had the BEST time at Charlotte tilbury 💝 we both had makeup transformations done, and we were so so pleased and happy with the results 🥰 We chose one of Charlotte's iconic looks each, and our WONDERFUL makeup artists, Trish and Reema, turned them into reality 💗💗 they were both so fun, engaging, beautiful and talented. Especially, my personal makeup artist, Trish! she was truly lovely and made me feel so comfortable and gave me the best makeover - her smokey eye look is out of this world! 😍 My favorite part was the 1st step: wonderful skincare that felt sooo soothing and relaxing, and ofcourse the final reveal and completed look too 🫶 Again, big shout out to Trish and Reema! 💗😍 Thank you! 😍

She walked me through each step of the facial, explaining the process while asking thoughtful questions to truly understand my skin and daily routine. Eleni ended the session by suggesting some wonderful products tailored specifically to my needs, and I left the boutique with my skin feeling deeply hydrated and looking incredibly glowing. I went to the CT pop-up in the middle of Dubai mall, and i was welcomed warmly by an amazing & very cute employee Rima. She was very friendly & made me very comfortable despite I told her im not good in makeup. She took proper time to try shades of concealer, color corrector & teach me the techniques. And i can assure you: i was not "orange" when i left, the way "sephora employee" made u think u look good. I recommend Rima 100% & she speaks french. Thank you once again for your smile & kindness!

Harshita’s makeup was amazing and on point! She choses the right products based on our skin-tone and makes it look naturally flawless! The transformation from no makeup to a flawless natural makeup look using just the right kind and right amount of product is just spectacular! Went in earlier today and I can’t stop thinking about my experience, I went in just to shop and ended up meeting the most incredible person there who helped me pick out what was best for me and taught me so much about applying my makeup in ways that suite my face.
