I had previously reviewed them with a 5*. But since then the service person has changed. And how things have changed as a result. Took my bike here so they could remove the fairing as it needed to be transported. They broke one of the parts and the service team didn’t even mention it to me. When I noticed the broken part, they admitted it happened and since then there has been no resolution. I have screenshots of their service chap admitting on text that it was broken. They have just stopped responding. 26 lakh bike, 26 rupee service quality.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit the Kun BMW showroom where my friend purchased a BMW bike worth 3.5 lakhs plus taxes. The showroom was impressively neat and clean, showcasing a well-maintained display of luxurious vehicles. While the washroom facilities were just average, the staff members stood out for their exceptional politeness and friendliness. I request you all , Please take this seriously — avoid buying any bikes from the Chennai KUN dealership at all costs. And definitely do not go for the BMW G 310 GS. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve dealt with multiple issues right from the delivery to every single service visit. The service quality is absolutely pathetic ,unprofessional, careless, and shockingly lacking in even the most basic bike knowledge. The service advisors? Completely clueless. It’s honestly frustrating to speak with them , they talk like they’ve never even seen a bike before, let alone worked on one. There’s no accountability, no proper diagnosis, and no transparency. You’ll walk in with one problem, and leave with two more. If you truly care about your bike, take it to Bangalore for servicing. Chennai KUN is just not worth the stress, time, or money. I’ve been through enough with them to confidently say — stay far away.

Worst experience with the service team. It’s been 15 days and I’ve only received misleading updates for a simple bike starting issue. Every time I have to chase them for information, and even then there’s no proper response. I own vehicles from other brands and have never faced such poor customer service. The team doesn’t even have the basic courtesy to give updates on time. Strongly recommend avoiding the Teynampet showroom – absolutely unprofessional service

I recently bought a BMW G10 3s bike from Kun Motorrad. I had the chance to speak with Abhishek, who served as my point of contact, and I had a great experience with him. He gave me excellent explanations about the bike and the services he provided, and I had the opportunity to visit the showroom, which was a fantastic place to shop. This was a gift for my husband's birthday, and it was a truly amazing experience at BMW Motorrad and Abhishek was always there to help and patiently answer my questions. I am giving a 5 star review because of one person "Vishnu" who handles the bike services. He was very helpful from the beginning and explained everything about the service in detail. He also took some time to explain to me the do's and don'ts. It was very helpful for me. BMW should hire more people like this.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my new BMW G310RR motorcycle purchased from KUN Motors, Thoppur, Madurai on 07-08-2025 at 3:10 PM. Without any bargaining, I paid the full amount quoted by the dealer before delivery. However, within just 30 km of riding, the engine warning light turned on. I immediately reported this to the salesman, Mr. Bala, who asked me to bring the motorcycle back to the showroom. After about 15 minutes, the motorcycle was returned to me with the explanation that it was “just a software issue” and had been resolved. Unfortunately, from that moment, the ride quality was poor, and I faced the following issues: 1. Unstable idling 2. Throttle missing 3. Engine stalling while riding uphill 4. Fuel efficiency drop 5. Power drop Totally Disappointed. I trust the brand BMW Not a dealer. Totally fedup. I like to gave a Birthday gift to my daughter. Now am totally sad. Because of this complaints . For this reason I make a ready payment 394172 Rs amount transferred to Kun Motorrad Madurai? (At a single transaction) ???????? When I reported these issues, Mr. Bala simply said they would be resolved after the first service, without providing any explanation for the faults. Then I called sale manager she also not responding properly. After riding only 170 km, the same engine warning light appeared again. When I contacted Mr. Bala, his response was dismissive, and it felt as though he had no interest in after-sales support. As my home is 340 km away from the selling dealership, he advised me to visit EVM Motorrad, Thiruvananthapuram, the nearest BMW service center to my location. Due to my work on a ship, I had only two days before leaving for a long assignment of one year or more. I took the motorcycle for its first service at EVM Motorrad, Thiruvananthapuram, where the service team confirmed that my complaints were valid and that KUN Motors had failed to properly check the vehicle before delivery. During my first ride with my wife, the engine stopped while riding uphill, causing a dangerous situation where we nearly fell. This incident could have had serious consequences. I purchased this motorcycle because I trust the BMW brand, but my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. I have had issues from the very first day, and instead of enjoying my new bike, it has spent more time with problems. I therefore demand either: A full replacement of my motorcycle with a new unit in good condition, or Appropriate compensation I need recurring faults. I bought this motorcycle to ride, not to keep in a garage from day one. I hope BMW will take this matter seriously and provide a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention.

Recently visited the showroom for the first service for my motorcycle. Had a truly seamless experience, right from booking the appointment until the vehicle was handed over. Kudos to Vishnu Vijay, he was very knowledgeable and had shared a lot of useful insights regarding how to maintain the bike. He took time to answer all my questions and was very considerate and helpful. Keep it up guys!

Had a great experience with BMW Kun-Motorrad , Teynampet while taking delivery of my BMW G310RR. The entire process was completely hassle-free and smooth from start to finish. The team was very professional and ensured everything was well-prepared before the handover. A special mention to the staff Mr. Abishek who took the time to explain every feature and detail about the bike thoroughly. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable and confident with the vehicle before riding off. Highly recommend Kun-Motorrad if you're looking for a premium experience with your BMW bike purchase. Great service with transparency. Expecting this same customer service everytime I visit subsequently.

The place isn't exceptional. Maybe they treat you like it because there isn't any alternative for another 600kms. With limited showrooms and local servicing agents not getting themselves familiar with the GSs, you'll have to rely on KUN for anything and everything. The price of accessories is another huge no no. Thankfully there's 3rd party for that. Indicators 5k, Windshield 10k, handle guards 10k. But I guess it comes with the brand, though that doesn't deflect from the fact that simple accessories are priced gargantuan. However there isn't a sense of owning a renowned brand or kinship being a customer. You'll just be considered as someone who's able to afford the vehicle, nothing more. If your feedback is negative from the purchase, it doesn't reach BMW at all, as I learned from my experience. You book a bike at one price and you get it delivered at 5-10% more than the booking price always, as that's their tactic of delaying your delivery until there's a price increase on the horizon. Absolutely dread this place. Just hope BMW outsources their service to TVS as well, as there's a tie up. But the chances of that happening are slim. You're stuck with them. Just hope you don't get a lemon.

The worst buying experience lve ever had The sales rep was very condescending at first. He ddnt even bother to explain the features of the bike. All he wanted to know was if we could afford it. And then we had to make a huge scene to get the PDI done before paying. And then, we were not given the bike that we did PDI on. The chase number was a few 100 numbers before the one we did our inspection on. We Booked on February made full payment on March and got the bike delivered on April. We are yet to receive an explanation as to why we were not given the bike that was allotted to us and we did the PDI of. If you have any option, dont buy from here. It just killed the entire joy of buying the bike. Ask for something, and their goto response is “As per BMW policy its not allowed. There is also a handling charge of 13500. So beware. They weren’t even allowing for checking the bike and l see all around on social media where people are doing the same when they unbox the bike. Awful experience. I wouldn’t even wish the ordeal we had to face even for a worst enemy of mine.
