This was my first time visited the chennai mobile - digital hub. The person in the digital hub was nice and calm understand my needs and fulfilled it. I went to buy my new mobile oneplus 15 r the saled person deepa mam and the manager was kind and help me through the entire process for buying my mobile through the Finserv method and I was so happy to visit the store like this. In future if any appliances or mobile I will be go to this shop only and I ll recommend my friends tooo.

Very disappointed with Chennai Mobiles. They promised Apple insurance but provided a different one instead. When I went for an exchange, they claimed the voucher was stopped. The salesman’s explanation was misleading and unclear. Extremely unprofessional service with false promises. Do not trust their words — they mislead customers with misinformation just to sell the insurance they’re tied up with, and take no responsibility when questioned. They later blame everything on “terms and conditions” that were never mentioned during purchase, which is completely unfair and deceptive.
