Very worst government office ever I seen in India, specially that Birth certificate counter Spoc Lady & Aadhar card section....their behaviour looks like the President of America, Trump 😡

Honorable Chennai Mayor is doing a commendable job improving the city's infrastructure and public services. It would be great to see more initiatives to improve waste management and ensure cleaner neighborhoods across all areas

Chennai corporation for Zone 8 located opposite to thiru v k park. One can hand over complaints for deficiency in civic services but no assurance whether they will attend or not.

There is no animal control. The number is nonexistent! Collectorate colony, Ayyavoo Colony, Srinivasa Nagar (Villivakkam) full of street dogs who have already bitten people. Pet dogs are not wearing muzzles as regulated neither anybody questions them! No street lamp! It is difficult to safely walk through the roads! This is probably the most underdeveloped worthless metropolis in the world!

Very worst behaviour in birth and death counter section no officer is there time is 2.45 but still gone for lunch ppl are waiting in a line seats are empty I requested to change this system

After several years of waiting, road work was finally carried out in our street. Unfortunately, the work was done late at night, in a hurried and unsatisfactory manner. Before the re-laying, the road condition was better, but now due to improper leveling, we are facing slight water logging whenever it rains. We are unable to understand the use of this kind of road work if it creates more problems than it solves. The expectation from residents was a proper, long-lasting road, but the current work is disappointing and far from satisfactory. I would also like to point out that complaint number 1918, which is provided for residents, does not seem to bring effective results. People share photos of the Ripon Building which looks beautiful, but the real question is—will our local roads and conditions ever truly improve?

Prema Hardware shop at Sivan Koil Street Kodambakkam started storing the sand in road in public property against our boundary wallone month back. I spite of repeated callsto the department they have not taken any action against them nor was the sand removed. Now we will hold government responsible if the wall which is very old collapse. I also notice that most of the hardware shops are storing the sand in government property and government is not taking any action.I want the government to take action against Prema Hardware and get the sand removed from our boundary wall. Let him store anywhere in the road.

I had given request for my 2 daughters' name inclusion when they were born, both the times they have entered name with wrong spelling. I had to go again and request for spelling correction. Its a very important document but they are very very careless about it. Don't know what the authorities are doing about it.

Quite efficient and friendly. Went there to add my Kid's name in the birth certificate. They gave a simple form to fill, and that's it. In 2 mins, it was done. The update would be available on the website I'm 7 days. No hassles at all. Although please note that birth and death certificate section opens only between 3pm to 5pm. This is not mentioned anywhere, luckily I reached by 2.30, hence didn't have to wait much. For people planning to utilise these services, be mindful of this timing

Staff are friendly, but what is the use? 1) No matter what's your urgency, they'll try to delay the work. 2) Counters are very less and you hardly find staff in their respective counters. 3) Even though most of the work is done online nowadays, they'll make sure they make some spelling mistakes or change the gender from male to female or vice versa and make you suffer. They'll want you to meet a person outside building premises and that fellow would say he can get the job done but you should be ready to gift him something 4) You can find the most blood suckers in this office. Everything runs on bribe here. No complaints can harm any person here.

Very bad service, not doing any work they are sending us for the browsing centre to do the birth certificate...

Corporation office for zone,8 for annanagar zone property tax,e seva centre,aadhar correction,voter id,, different welfare schemes eligibility certificate birth, death certificate s issue d here always busy office located in shenoy nagar main land mark nearest is thiru vi ka park (now part of it Shenoy nagar metro)near aminjikarai too

Visited last year for my baby's birth certificate. Staffs are co-operative but line discipline or token system should be implement for the better service.

Chennai corporation office with eseva centre, get Aadhar, Voter card, property tax, birth certificate, death certificate and other govt services, place well maintained with good parking space.

Worst e service not response for people thay are rueed not proper answer money even though give normal human salary but government employees not response don't go this type of e service. Please people some good review reason thay are rich not middle class people.iam very ugerly in service girl🤮🤮🤮🤮

Went several times to link mobile number with aadhar, not even once the server was working. But fresh enrollment for aadhar is working fine.

Very worst customer service. I have been there for 6 times for birth certificate correction with no result in updation. Have given 4 times the copies for correction.
