Positive points: - One of my favourite brands ever. - huge selection. - Different prices to suit everyone. - Available handicapped parking. - Available handicapped ramp. - Nice staff. Negative points: - Staff needs to be more friendly and welcoming. - I don't need to be a buying customer to be welcomed, because maybe I'll end up buying a car if I like the customer service. - The offers need to be more affordable to all levels of people. - Prices need to be revised.

Let us inside of any car. Though they kept the Escalade and Corvette locked because they knew most were interested in those 2 and would mess the most with them. Overall, really good experience. Nobody stopped us from getting in the cars, let us walk around and nothing else to say. Very neat and quite.

التقييم مو لشركة شفروليه ولا لوكيلها الغانم ، لهم كل احترام و تقدير ، التقيم لمكتب شركة تمويل داخل ما اعتقد تابع لوكالة الغانم المحترمه، للاسف شركة التمويل الي تعاملت تفتقر الى المهنيه، لظروف خاصة تعاملنا معاهم و منها عشان ما ينخصم من راتبي شي و لكن انا اليوم مستعده اروح البنك و ينخصم من راتبي ولا اني اكمل مع شركة التمويل، مثلا اول ما سويت المعامله موظف شركة التمويل كان يعطي معلومات خطأ عشان يتمم المعامله بسرعه طبعا حزتها قلت له كلامك غلط، ثاني شي يرسلون رابط السداد لرقم ، و يدقون على رقم ثاني يقولون انت ما تدفع ليش، ثاني شي تتصل عليهم تسال الاسلوب مو اسلوب كول سنتر شركة تمويل، و ثالث شي اليوم اتصل اتصل ما يردون و بعدين عذرهم، كانوا يصلون! و المضحك المبكي يدزون بالانجليزي لرقم ما يوصل له الرابط الدفع يقولون سدد او راح يتم اتخاذ الاجراءات و بدون رابط دفع! يعني لا اسلوب و لا حتى بديهيات!! ولا لما اقول ابي ايميل احدث فيه بياناتي لااا ما يصير لازم انتي نفسج تيين ما يصير تكلفين احد، و الأدهى و الامر ادخل موقعهم ما يصير ادش على سستم الدفع!! يعني اتمنى من الغانم يهتمون لتعليقي و يدقون يسألون عن اسم الشركه

Okay collection, prices are a little too much for what you are getting . Service is okay. Design of the place is too outdated. The interior could use some update and some windows. They have a very confusing entrance and they have a ramp for the main entrance so it’s considered wheelchair friendly. The parking is huge both multiple stories and basement

This is Chevrolet showroom in Kuwait dealership I was there for 45 minutes wanted to see the Tahoe and the traverse unfortunately no one was interested to help none of the salesman asked if I needed anything no one even bother asking why I was taking pictures of the place salesman why really depressed sitting in their seats not helping people

Mr. Amro is the best salesman there. Very friendly and always was there for me through the whole process for my Tahoe.

Very Spacious Place to Buy Multiple Brand Vehicles (Chevrolet, Cadillac) Ample parking in the front side which is mostly occupied but they have a huge built in parking from basement and also top of the roof with proper security guard booths. From the Parking you can access Safat home , Chevy & Cadillac and also Honda Showroom and not Forgetting Xcite by Alghanim Electronics. Amazing place with multiple stores at your disposal. Need a break? They have Costa Coffee too. Highly recommended place

The place is well lit up, classy interiors and the employees are very friendly and approachable. But I still wonder what the 2 women at the entrance are for?! Lolls!! The vehicles are a joy to watch. I got a test drive done and was overly satisfied with the Hot-wheels I chose. So I was put under a lot of stress to go for it by the salesman. I was told to pay KD100/- in advance (which would be refundable if not satisfied) The advance was to avail the discount for that day or I’d lose it .. which of course is the Sales pitch jazz. Few days later and after a through study of the vehicle I decided to reject the idea of buying it as it had some flaws in the long run. Anyways, coming back to main topic, I decided to get my refund back (to which the salesman gladly accepted it) but it took them almost 2 hours to return my refund! Anyways, glad it worked well.

معرض سيارات شفروليه العريقه .. معرض كبير وواسع ويحتوي على العديد من الموديلات .. شيفروليه غنيه عن التعريف .. القائمين والعاملين بالمعرض يقومون بخدمة الزبائن على أكمل وجه .. توجد خدمة تجربة السيارات .. كذلك كراج شركة شيفروليه خدمتهم ممتازة 👍

The place has so many show pieces but test drive options are very less. Also the place has corvette, tahoe, camero models with new editions. Service of the staffs are not pleasing. As we need to wait for long to complete a session...

I bought Power bank little issue he can't replace worst behavior.

we got Cruze and Captiva from this Showroom. i highly recommend Amro , look for him if you are planning to buy a new Car. He is very good and accomodating.

قمة الإحباط و الاستياء عندما يتم شراء سيارة باهظة الثمن و لم يمر عليها اكثر من ٣ اشهر و تنصدم ان الوكيل قام بتخفيض من سعرها بفارق جسيم يعادل ٤ الاف دينار من نفس الموديل و الفئة و لم أحظى حتى في باقة صيانه مجانيه ، هذا ما يساهم في فقدان المعنويات و المصداقيه مع الوكيل.. (شكر خاص موجه للأخ / مورينو لدوره الفعال الذي أثمر على حسن التعاون و حل الخلل)

I went to shuwaikh service center my car have some engine issue on 16-3-2025 time 11.25 am service advisor s.no.11 name jaku indian kerala guy. he have very very Worst Behaviour worst with customers. I asked him only about my car warranty and some information but his behaviour is very worst not giving proper information. and shouting with customers I feel very very bad experience from him

The showroom is spacious and having proper parking but staffs are not attentive.
