Food is always great at Chichaba's Taj. The Sheekh Kebab, Biryani, and Butter Chicken are highly recommended. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the taste makes it worth it. I've visited multiple times and never get bored of their food.

THEY SERVED MY FAMILY AND SMALL KIDS ROTTEN CHICKEN and instead apologizing or compansating they tell me that they will charge only half the price for the rotten chicken 🤣🤣 can you believe that? because they had already eaten 3 peices from it, sharing the picture. Visited their restaurant for the first time with family and had a terrible experience. Don't recommend this place to anyone. I just like the qubedi from this place so I've always ordered it online, recently I came across some reel on Instagram and decided why not take all family members for an experience and regret it later. Their staff don't attend you nor they try looking at your table after you place an order, Hello, excuse me, hey, bhaiya, bro nothing works. everyone at the restaurant looks at you but the staff 🤣 The whole floor is managed by 3 staff, cleaning, taking orders, billing, serving, complaints almost everything. I requested them atleast 7 times set the AC on swing but they failed to do it 'Ac blower' no cooling, if the lazy owners are reading this please get your ac fixed and respect and value your customers. Today you are able to run a successful restaurant not because of your investments, its purly because of your customers. Owners - once a while go to your own place for quality check so that you retain your customers. Im for sure talking very bad about your place with all my contacts. Imagine 10 more people like me starts talking the same. I wanted to sue you guys yesterday itself by calling health department, but didn't have enough time for it because we had small kids and it was bed time for them already. I had to bribe 500/- to one of your waiter to pay some attention to my table, and it kinda worked later 😅 Over all bill was around 7k Not at all worth the time or money. There are way better restaurants around, with better service, please do not go waste your time here and boil your blood sitting at the table, you can find better ways to do that 🤣

In absolute awe with the mutton galouti kebab. Huge fan. Bit disappointed with the mutton keema pav, could have been more flavourful but galouti kebab was so tasty and melt in mouth that it made it worth the visit.

It was first time experience in this hotel...we tried the starters of all types of chicken,like Red kabab,Sallu malai chicken 🍗🐔,Full Alfaham chicken. And also tried the Mutton biryani which was good like Bangalore type.....U will receive complimentary kabab free of cost with biryani of 3 people or 6 people..the chutney was very good with the taste.... I would rate this 8/10 the ambience was fantastic,and clean washrooms,and clean hands wash with good environment in the hotel...

It is one of the oldest Taj hotels serving authentic non veg food . Loved the kebabs and the Mutton Biryani. A must try for those who have not . Will go again shortly . Great place and value for food too.

Amazing tasty food. Satisfies your cravings. Mutton adana kebab and mutton koobideh are a must try. Service will be absolutely poor, they literally don't care if you come in or buy from their shop. But if you don't mind all these, for a decent atomosphere, delicious food.

The food was good. I tried butter chicken and nalli nehari with khameeri kulcha. I liked the service here as well, specially Mr Heman and Mr Abbas were prompt to attend all that I needed.

Zero business ethics. Paid for a mutton biryani and half kabab for take away. Open the parcel at home to see chicken biryani instead. It was a deliberate mix up in order to make a miserly quick buck by the cashier and his associates … least expected especially when dealing with food and today being Eid. Keep the change! Food is not upto the hype. The biryani toasted just like local biryani shops. The sallu chicken is a scam. It's just tandoor chicken with cream and butter. And the koobideh had a weird taste just like the one which you can smell in the cattle shed. Disgusting!!! Loved their service. Our attending staff Anish was incredible. Atmosphere is average with flies circling every where. Absolute disaster!!!

It's been our favourite restaurant for many years. I have friends who travel from different cities just to enjoy their signature biryani, and friends visiting from different countries never leave without having a meal at Chichabas Taj. A special mention to Mr. Zakir floor Manager PRO whose service is truly exceptional. He understands every customer's preference, whether they like their biryani spicy, mild, extra masala, or juicy. What impresses me most is the way they treats families and children with genuine warmth and care, making everyone feel welcome and valued. Over the years, I have also ordered food from Chichabas Taj for friends and family. The deliveries have always been on time, and the quality has remained consistently excellent. Not once have they disappointed us in either taste or service. We have even had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and their humble, down-to-earth nature reflects in the way the restaurant is run. Dining at Chichabas Taj never feels like eating at a restaurant. It feels like being welcomed into a family. My heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Mr. Saad behind all this maintaining such high standards of hospitality and customer care. Their dedication, professionalism, and personal touch are what keep customers happy, satisfied, and coming back year after year. Tried the mutton haleem and mutton koobideh here during ramzan. Mutton haleem was undoubtedly delicious and a must-have. Mutton koobideh was okay.

Food cost very high and taste waise just below average I can give because I was very hungry and food came after 45min when I have order to waiter and it's just pathetic which we didn't get proper response from a waiter which made us very embersed satuation. I rate this hotel will be very bad as no one is there here to maintain the hotel properly. My suggestion before think twice where you going for food which is spoiling the hotel name as the name called for Shahi dawad in food taste, where it comes to be better from street side food.

Below Average food in Taj . Chicken items including biriyani.. chicken pieces are very hard. Overhyped hotel.

Tried their Bun kebab, much appreciation for their effort. Want to try the adhana kabab next time.

You should definitely try their sallu ki butter chicken

I'm truly disappointed with the mutton sheekh! It was incredibly dry and overwhelmingly spicy, completely devoid of any real flavor. It reminded me of the low-quality beef stalls. My entire family felt the same way. They need to improve the overall texture and focus on flavours rather than just adding spice. Any true sheekh lover would agree with me. I would recommend the rahhams sheekh over chichabas anyday since both the restaurants offer the mutton sheekh at the same price.

I went there during Ramadan to try out the famous kebabs and street food. I tried the koobideh mutton kebab, Adana kebab, and mutton galauti kebab. Koobideh: my favorite out of all. It was super juicy and extremely flavourful. Adana: my second favourite, it was spicy and super masaledar. I loved it Galauti kebab: this I didn’t like at all, maybe because I’ve had the original ones in Lukhnow. They weren’t as flavourful, they were too tiny and 300 rupees for 4 tiny kebabs isn’t worth it! My experience with the food was great but the overall experience was bad. It started raining and they stopped all cooking because they didn’t have any tent and we waited 20 mins for the rain to stop so they could start again. I hope they get a tent and proper arrangements next Ramadan. I’d definitely visit again to try the bun kebab next time.
