From admission through recovery, the care was prompt, attentive, and highly professional. Dr. Susan stood out for her clinical expertise, clear communication, and compassionate approach, ensuring Daren received the best possible treatment. A special mention to Nilesh and Yogesh from the Billing team, whose proactive support and efficiency made the entire billing process seamless and stress-free. I had a wonderful experience at The Children's Hospital Malad. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring towards children. They take the time to explain everything clearly to parents, which gives a lot of reassurance during stressful times. The nursing staff and support team are equally compassionate and attentive. Amazing hospital. Great team of Doctors. Great staff. Thank you to all Doctors especially Dr. Susan. Entire team of doctors are always reachable - Dr. Sangeeta, Dr. Darshana, Dr. Noorie, Dr. Vimmi. Dr. Susan especially supported even when it was her off hours. The person in the billing department Mr. Nilesh is also very supportive. I visited this hospital for a severe throat infection with high fever and consulted on two different days. On Day 1, Dr. Leo examined me and provided proper initial treatment and guidance. On Day 2, I met Dr. Nilesh (ENT), who carefully evaluated my condition and gave the correct advice and medications for recovery. Both doctors were professional, clear in their explanation, and reassuring. The medicines prescribed were appropriate and helped in controlling the infection. The reception staff, especially Akshita and Yash, were polite, helpful, and cooperative during the registration and consultation process. Overall, I received good treatment and consultation. The hospital experience was organized and supportive.

His calm and reassuring personality gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during a stressful time. We truly felt that our son was in safe hands. The nursing staff and all medical team members were very supportive and attentive. Even the non-medical staff were helpful, friendly, and cooperative throughout our stay. I had admitted my daughter for severe cold n cough in P.I.C.U for 4 days , later shifted to deluxe room for 3 days *Positives* The Drs are good. Polite. Timely visits are done by Drs as per shifts and counselling sessions are conducted to explain progress and further actions that are planned to be taken The nurse staffs in P.I.C.U are very attentive and caring. Cleanliness is highly maintained *Areas of improvement* Maushi ( help staff ) are very slow and need multiple reminders. There is no privacy by male staff  (from canteen & cleaning) while entering the room. They open the door & walk in right after knocking. Multiple and very awkward moments during breastfeeding were experienced The call bell for help in deluxe room is at a very inconvenient position. Need to fix that at the earliest ! After shifting from P.I.C.U & till the day of discharge, no counselling to explain the overall reports or progress.

We are extremely disappointed with the handling of our diabetic child at Children’s Hospital, Malad. Despite repeated vomiting episodes, severe stomach pain, and our repeated insistence that the child required immediate IV fluids/drip support, the situation was taken very lightly. Instead of initiating urgent treatment, the staff spent nearly 40 minutes only noting symptoms and attempting oral medication, even after the child vomited again. During this delay, the ketone levels increased further and the child entered ketosis. We were also shocked that before starting the drip, we were first asked to make a preliminary payment, despite the child’s worsening condition and obvious medical urgency. Additionally, the father was sent out to purchase medicines instead of the hospital promptly arranging emergency care. In our experience, the hospital appeared poorly equipped and inadequately prepared to handle pediatric diabetic emergencies efficiently and urgently. The delay in treatment and lack of prompt diabetic crisis management caused unnecessary deterioration in the child’s condition and immense distress to the family. Ultimately, no actual treatment was initiated there, and we had no choice but to leave and rush our child to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for proper emergency care.

The dentist Dr Shivani Kapoor who carried out the X-ray and recommended OPG for my daughter was excellent. She was very polite, friendly, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable during the procedure. Her decision to extract the tooth immediately, as it was in bad condition, was absolutely right and handled very professionally. I also really appreciate that she follows up with parents on WhatsApp to check on the child’s recovery — it shows genuine care and dedication. Highly recommended!

My daughter has had dental issues since childhood, and yesterday she suddenly developed extreme tooth pain and started crying uncontrollably. I immediately contacted Dr. Shivani, remembering the immense compassion she had shown during our previous visits. Dr. Shivani is extremely knowledgeable, highly compassionate, and has an exceptional way of handling non-cooperative children. Despite it being late, she kindly took special effort and patiently waited till 10 PM to completely resolve my daughter’s dental problem. Such dedication, empathy, and professionalism are rare. I recently visited this hospital for my 11 month old we went for a urgent checkup at night . Dr Neha was very rude and was trying to act smart when we asked about taking blood samples for my LO, the hospital doesn’t maintain their hygiene well, and they don’t even allow not even a single parent in for taking blood sample. Overall would not recommend.

Please Never ever go to this Hospital... They will make you begger What they will do I will tell with my experience. 1st they will create a sean of serious they will tell you to admit and complete formality of Deposit.. And they started to loot you... And in this condition you can't do to anything... They only ask money without any reason... In this hospital there is a lady Doctor for pediatrician even she doesn't look like a doctor. She is more and more hungry of money. Yaha pe aapko Dara k Paisa liya jate h bss..

The children hospital has good pediatrician doctor nurses were ok in the general ward . But the nurses in the picu dept were good at there job . Higene is required more in the general ward. But in picu the higene is well maintained. Hospital is good for emergency cases.
