One thing I disliked about the place is that the seating at thi Chilli’s was very conjusted. They have a small outlet and they have too many tables to fill. They did serve chilled beer though. Food was average at best, we tried Grilled Chicke Tacos and Smoked Chicken Quesadillas both were served fresh but lacked any spices or distinct flavours. Service is pretty good here.

I visited Chili’s at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden recently, and my experience was honestly quite mixed. I think this is one of those places that people who already love tex-mex and American-style food might really enjoy, but for someone like me who doesn’t naturally gravitate toward this cuisine, it didn’t quite feel worth it. 🌶️ Ambience & Atmosphere: The place clearly has a loud, buzzing, slightly pub-style energy. It was quite full when we went, so thankfully we didn’t have to wait for a table, but it did feel cramped and intensely busy. The lighting was darker than what I personally enjoy, and the space didn’t feel very breathable or calming, and that did impact the overall dining experience for me. If you like lively, crowded dining spaces, you’d probably enjoy the vibe, but if you lean towards softer, warmer café settings, this may not feel very comfortable. 📖 Menu Experience: They have a LOT of options - both food and beverages - but instead of feeling exciting, it actually felt overwhelming. The menu design was cluttered and quite difficult to navigate. Prices and names didn’t flow in an intuitive way, so ordering didn’t feel easy or pleasant. It genuinely felt mentally tiring to try and understand what was what, and that’s something I wish they’d improve. 🍽️ Food: I personally didn’t eat too much because tex-mex isn’t my comfort cuisine, but my cousins did try quite a few dishes. They ordered the Triple Dipper platter (with sliders, chicken crispers and Southwestern egg rolls), chicken quesadillas, and a Santa Fe-style chicken bowl with beans, corn, grilled chicken, sauces and tortilla strips. For dessert, they went for Chili’s signature warm skillet chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream, which was visually the most inviting and comforting part of the meal. The variety is definitely there and presentation was nice, but taste-wise and experience-wise, it didn’t feel extraordinary for what we paid. It felt okay, not wow. 🥤 Drinks: I stuck more to drinks - I tried a coconut lemonade-style drink and we also had a cold coffee. Both were nice, refreshing and honestly felt like the better part of the experience for me. The bar section looked well stocked and they clearly put thought into their beverage menu. ⏱️ Service: In terms of service, I’d say they did well overall. Despite the place being quite full, the staff was fairly quick with taking orders and bringing things to the table, so efficiency wasn’t an issue. We didn’t really have to wait long between courses, which I appreciated. They were polite, not overly chatty or warm, but professional and attentive enough. However, I wouldn’t describe the service as particularly personal or engaging. It felt functional rather than hospitable - they did their job well, but it didn’t feel like the kind of place where you feel 'looked after' or checked in on meaningfully during the meal. Still, for such a crowded space, they managed things smoothly and maintained a decent pace, which deserves acknowledgment. 💰 Pricing & Value: This is where I really felt a disconnect. For the quantity and overall experience, I genuinely felt the prices were on the higher side. It didn’t feel like great value for money. For what we paid, I expected either larger portions, more depth in flavour, or a more comforting experience, and it didn’t fully deliver on that. ⭐ Overall - Chili’s at Pacific Mall is probably a good fit for people who enjoy texmMex flavours, bold sauces, heavier cheese-based dishes, and a lively bar-style dining environment. But for me personally, the darker ambience, the very cluttered and confusing menu, the slightly cramped feel, and the price-to-portion ratio made it less enjoyable. I’m glad I tried it once, but it’s not somewhere I see myself returning to. If you enjoy loud, energetic dining spaces and this cuisine excites you, you might enjoy it far more than I did - but if comfort and calmer dining matter to you, this may not be your place.

I had gone here on a Saturday and the restaurant was buzzing with crowd. The best part was even after being full, it was managed so well and not once I felt that the staff is overwhelmed. Mohit - the server was courteous, patient and smiling. Manager came up to us twice for feedback on food and service, which again is a great practice to have in a restaurant. The ambience is perfect and the food like always did not disappoint. We ordered triple dipper (veg), chicken wings, quesadillas (chicken) and everything was perfect. If you want to enjoy tex-mex food and you live in West Delhi, Chili’s - Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar should be your go-to place.

Visited Chili’s on a weekday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find absolutely no waiting time, which made the experience even better. The chicken pasta is definitely a must-try for non-veg lovers — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The drinks were equally impressive; both the shakes and the coolers were refreshing and well-made. The staff were calm, polite, and very attentive, that made the overall dining experience comfortable and enjoyable.

We tried the new menu at Chilli’s and it was actually worth the hype. The sitting is decent and the outlet is inside Pacific mall, Tagore Garden. We tried: 1. Grilled chicken burger - 4/5 2. Flatbread pizza - 4/5 3. Masala Lemonade - 4.5/5 (Absolutely refreshing!!) 4. Aglio E Olio - 3.5/5 5. Quesadilla - 3.5/5 Overall we liked this outlet, our Chilli’s experience at Vasant Kunj outlet was disappointing which is why we were a little skeptical. But, this turned out to be great with the new offers/menu. Do try and check it out!

The food is hands down delicious. It has been my go-to place ever since! Some of the servers though are quite rude, but the manager was kind and handled the situation well.

Overall good experience last Saturday : there was a good 15 min waiting even at 9pm so do note that. Pasta and chicken nachos were nice and so were the mini burgers and egg rolls. Good offers on drinks and nice atmosphere. They don’t charge service fee too : so do leave them a tip Only issue is that they try to hurry up the order and place everything on the table back to back. Gets a big messy and busy. Guess they wanna ensure more customers in those hours So if management is ready : pls note this. Else all good

Food is very good and the rates are very decent. Had a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend.

Visited Chili’s yesterday and tried the Triple Dipper Veg, Cajun Chicken Pasta, and Smokehouse Chicken Burger. The burger and Triple Dipper were really good—well cooked and flavorful. However, the Alfredo sauce pasta was quite average, and the chicken felt a bit stringy, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, mixed experience: some great items, but the pasta could definitely be improved.

Food was amazing. Waiter rahul was polite and helpful. We ordered chicken quesadilla and the chicken parmesan pasta. Even though i am not a big fan of white sauce pastas, this pasta however tasted amazing. Chillis has always been a reliable place to go out with friends and family. The place was clean and the service was also quick. A must place to visit especially if it’s your first time!! 9/10

It was one of our favourite chains too. We frequent different chillis across ncr often. But it changes today. So it was karwachauth and after the vrat I decided to take my wifey on dinner for our favourite burger and beers . She decided to take kids and my mom along - bad choice. We reserved the seats but the hostesss told us there’s waiting and it’s in terms and conditions ( though I didn’t argue) however she gave us seats within 5 mins - right next to the bar and thus began our ordeal. Understaffed cannot even begin to define for Chillis Pacific mall. Today the rush was less than usual at the mall but chillis was full and sadly they were not ready to deal With a full house. We didn’t get a server for 15 mins and finally hari decided he will listen to us. Oh how I wish I would have visited on Hari’s off day I ordered fajitas and two different kind of pastas on order as starter . I thought once they arrive I will order burgers and drinks for all - thank god. I pointed to menu and showed him both pastas. We waited patiently for 30 mins then my wife called another server and he told us he will Check for food - 5 mins later we got fajitas and one pasta - we finished it quickly and I was waiting for next pasta and someone to take order for burgers . 20 mins later and no food - Upendra comes along. My wife asks about our pending Parmesan chicken pasta - he tells us it was never logged. He asks me if he should get us one tat -10 mins. We say yes! Hari didn’t say sorry - no remorse - no apology - noONE gave 2 fs. My kids were already cranky it was one hour in the restaurant. 20 mins later pasta arrives - my wife left with younger one to get her a popeyes burger and I ask her to pack me one to go. I didn’t feel like ordering a drink (I even took a cab there so as to not drunk drive). The pasta was good but the evening was spoiled beyond repair. As I gobbled up pasta and my sleepy daughter said it’s ok. hari comes - not to apologise - but to ask sir desert order karenge I asked him - why ? So that you can forget again? He just gives an ugly smile which told me that this is common for him. Horrible . But yes I asked for bill and it was thrown at me instantly . As I walked out and went to popeyes to get my burgers - I thought about what Chillis used to be and how things have fallen - sad Maybe it’s ok if you are alone or with a gang of boys with time to waste and don’t care how the servers are apathetic . A complete u turn from how it used to be few years ago. I checked recent zomato reviews and find that it’s a common complaint - the service especially is bad for families - avoid Hey another funny thing - I ordered addon shrimp on one of the pastas - they added exactly 3 pieces of shrimp. Compare this to the picture on the menu which is loaded with shrimp.

Too Slow service on Weekday. Need to wait for 30 approx min, more over for Salsa refill they took another 10-15 mins to act and so on., Taste not appt.. Average flavours N Drink was okish..😒🤐 Not worth the hype, not a delightful experience..Not Recommended..At this outlet for sure..

Very nice food and excellent service especially by Ranu ji.

Had really high expectations from the brand but experience was quite average. Went there to try newly launched monzerella sticks specially but they were bland and not that seasoned (2/5). Did not like the fettuccine mushroom pasta at all totally bland and has no taste(1/5). Mocktails were good (5/5). Must try their molten chocolate cake that was really good (5/5). Service was good and atmosphere is nice.

My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of pathetic. The staff was careless and unresponsive, the food was below average and served late, and the hygiene level was highly disappointing. On top of that, there was no sense of hospitality or effort to make the customer feel valued. A place I would definitely not return to and strongly suggest others avoid as well.

Loved the Pepperoni Pan Base Pizza, Non veg Triple Dipper and Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla here. For the vegetarians I highly recommend the Fresh Mex Rice Bowl with crispy broccoli and the veg Triple Dipper. You need to come here if you have not already. Great service as well, although food took a little time to arrive.

I recently visited Chili’s at Pacific Mall with my cousins and we had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is energetic and perfect for a group catch-up. Food Highlights: Must-Try: If you are a cheese lover, you definitely have to order the Fried Mozzarella. It was perfectly crispy and gooey. For Non-Veg Lovers: This place is a paradise if you enjoy meat. The options are extensive and well-prepared. Things to Note: I did find that the menu is a bit limited for vegetarians. While the food we had was good, there aren't as many veg options compared to the non-veg side. Overall, it's a solid spot for a fun meal out. Great service and even better company!

Ordered food for family and i guess the chicken was short in the kitchen because the branch added LIVE BUG on the cabage. I have been a regular and almost repetitive customer of Chili’s but this is FOOD HAZARD! We have a 2 year old kid at home and what if the same was consumed by him? On the top of everything, the staff is unbothered. Spoke to Anoop and he asked me if i was sure it’s a bug? I am attaching a picture for reference. Located inside pacific mall, this is one of my more frequently visited restaurant in this mall. I've been here several times and have tried a variety of dishes including veg triple dipper, pina collada burger, onion ring etc. The quantity is good, price are moderate. Service is good.
