One of the most tastefully appointed and decorated cottages we’ve stayed in. Located in a stunning hillside with far valley views we were treated to a most luxurious experience over 4 nights/5 days. The management staff, the house helps, kitchen crew rose to every occasion and treated us like family. The food, housekeeping, service were all par excellence. Truly a memorable stay which will Linger for many years to the 5 couples we were. Thank you Lux Unlock !

We had a fabulous stay at Chloe Cottage. Everything about our visit was wonderful — beautiful cottage, lovely decor and the absolutely stunning views. The local Lux Unlock team was very warm and welcoming - they made us feel so comfortable and well looked after, the meals were delicious and it truly felt like a home away from home. It was a perfect setting for us to spend quality time as a family. Honestly, we think the place should come with a warning — once people get here, they won’t want to leave. Thanks again to the Lux Unlock team for giving us such a memorable experience. We highly recommend Chloe Cottage if you are looking for a near perfect holiday.

Lovely property, excellent interiors and such a relaxing space. I had a great time here with my family. Chloe Cottage feels like a home away from home. I wish that we could stay here for longer. The attention to detail with the way this place has been made and maintained is immaculate. The interiors are stunning — warm wooden flooring, furniture with beautiful upholstery, and tasteful crockery. You can see a lot of effort and detailing has gone into each and every little thing. Breathtaking views from everywhere. Service by staff, especially Mr. Patrick & Mr. Khem, is amazing. We enjoyed the homely food which was excellent for our family and made us feel cared for.

Stayed here for a weekend and the property itself is absolutely beautiful—set on a hilltop with stunning views and a very peaceful, almost serene vibe. The cottage is well-maintained, and the housekeepers were warm, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. The overall setting and hospitality, at first glance, are truly lovely. It is one the prettiest properties we have stayed at. However, a few experiences significantly took away from what could have been a perfect stay. Firstly, our driver—who accompanied us to this remote location with no nearby facilities—was not allowed to use the staff bathroom unless we paid ₹500.(1000 plus taxes for 2 days) The amount itself wasn’t the concern; it was the lack of basic consideration that felt disappointing. Secondly, the food pricing lacked both clarity and fairness. For two dinners, we were presented with a grocery bill of around ₹5,000, plus taxes and cooking charges, taking the total to nearly ₹8,000. While the food was good, this pricing felt excessive—comparable to a fine-dining experience, but without the transparency one would expect. We were also charged for items like mosquito repellent, a full packet of atta, and an entire box of ghee, which seemed unreasonable. When we requested that the leftover groceries be handed over to us, given that we had effectively paid for them—the initial response seemed accommodating. The property manager, Joy, even went down to pack and return the items. However, upon reaching home and opening the bag, we were quite taken aback. Most of the contents from the bags were removed leaving behind only minimal remnants—barely a cup of atta, a couple of tablespoons of ghee, a very small quantity of rice, and nearly depleted spices. What appeared thoughtful at first unfortunately came across as disingenuous and sly upon closer inspection. It’s unfortunate, because the property itself is genuinely beautiful and the stay had all the makings of a memorable getaway. With more transparency in pricing and a more thoughtful, fair approach in guest interactions, this place could easily offer an exceptional experience.
